My niece absolutely loved this (age 5 birthday present)
TL; DR – this is a high-quality device that exceeding my expectations and that my niece loves. I would buy it again without a second thought – this may have been her favorite birthday present.I’m sorry I can’t provide a picture because (of course) my niece now has it, however, I can confirm that she absolutely loves it. She is a high-energy child but she will sit and stare at it for quite some time. It’s definitely calming, bright, and thankfully usb-c compatible (I may or may not have left my phone charger and stolen it briefly lol). It actually looks a lot better than I anticipated, though the controls are a bit counterintuitive. As far as battery life, we used it plugged in. The cord is long as the lights can illuminate the entire room (consistent with expectations of a such a device; not usable as a primary light source). As such, we didn’t use the batteries because there was no need. It’s fairly solid and would be difficult to break. This is consistent with it being reasonably heavy and having a high-quality feel. I do not believe it would break easily.

Nice product
This little guy struggles with sleep. He has since day one. We have tried many things to help. Some things work for a time then he changes so our approach has to change. Currently he is (suddenly) terrified of the dark. We have tried many lights but, if you ask me, LED has ruined nightlights. It’s too bright!! I don’t want to enable him to ever sleep in the dark by lightning up his room like a landing strip!Anyway, this is also likely LED but because only the stars and moon show the intensity is a bit less. He and I like the blue for that reason as well, it’s not obnoxious. We will try other the red, green and combos later. The only colors you can project are red, green and blue. The picture is a bit misleading as far as color goes.We tried the rotating, he prefers stationary.He is not a fan of most of the noises but I can see them working for a baby.He does like the music. We haven’t tried them all for sleeping but they sound nice. The volume is great too.The old school yellowish nightlight on the bottom is awesome! It lights the bottom half of the room perfectly even at its lowest setting.There are only too improvements I think could make this a five star item. One, back up battery for power outages. Two, being able to program the time it turns on and off. Currently you have to set the timer every night. I set his for the whole night, every night, because he wakes a lot.Overall, a nice product. If it stands the test of time, I will up it to five stars since the biggest issue with all these kiddy items is longevity.***FYI shortly after writing this review, I came across an article suggesting blue a green light reduced the body’s ability to produce melatonin naturally. Also, red and amber light can help sleep. Food for thought. We are going to try using only the red lights to see if there is an improvement in sleep.

Sanity-Saver!
We suddenly had a hard time getting our 9mo down for naps and bedtime. We added this to our routine and it’s amazing how well it’s worked! The first time or two he was too distracted by the lights to fall asleep, so we thought it was a bust. I’m glad we tried again because it works like a charm now!!

The rotating feature doesn’t last long
So I bought this at the end of December 2025 because my son’s night light projector broke and this was the only one I could find that would stay on longer than 6 hours. It was so great I ordered a second one for my daughter February 2026. We’re now at the very beginning of March 2026 and I started hearing a loud squeaky noise coming from my son’s room through the monitor. Could not figure out what it was, it’d happen every 30-60 seconds when I’d be laying in bed, but then it’d stop by the time I went to his room to check again. I was getting freaked out at what the hell was making the sound…. Well we had the night light set to rotate.. so from the dome part rotating, it has started to grind or squeak or squeal, making the most nerve wracking sound ever at 11:30 pm. I’m shocked my son was able to sleep through it

One of the most beautiful lights ever .. has the lost beautiful lullabies ever .. the speed is great .. the light of the projector is amazinggg .. it literally fills up the room..im so soooo inlove .. would million times recommend!!!! Its very calming even for adults.
