We are on our second granddaughter, and now also our second Peanut Shell crib bedding set. We couldn’t be happier. The quality is great, they’ve nailed the “modern almost-neutral” vibe my daughter loves, and there’s something about a complete bedding set that just makes the nursery feel “finished.” This is true even though these days you can’t actually let the baby use the quilt for at least a year or so for safety. It still looks nice and makes the room look ridiculously cute, especially in the first six months when baby is probably doing most sleeping in a bassinet anyway. Even is baby isn’t sleeping in the nursery, you’re spending a lot of time in there nursing and such, and it is just nice to have everything feel “finished.” Also, when baby is sleeping in the nursery, the quilt is super lightweight and easy to remove and tuck into a basket or something for times when baby is actually in the crib. Also makes a great tummy time blanket over carpet or a pad. Fully washable/dryable, which is a must for a newborn baby.For a complete set, the value is great. The sheet and bedskirt (which WILL get used from the start) are high quality fabric and well-made with nice stitching and no hanging threads (my pet peeve). Sheet fits a standard crib mattress as it should — nice and tight and smooth, with plenty of fabric that ends up under the mattress to prevent any worry about it getting loose under a wiggly baby.All in all — we are really delighted. The quality is good, the cute factor is A-plus, and the pattern is sweet enough for a newborn but mature enough to work through the toddler years. Recommend for sure — great item for baby shower registry, and an adorable way to line/“nest” a shower gift basket.

The Peanut shell 3 piece elephant whimsy infant crib set is so cute, and matches seamlessly for a pieced together look in your nursery. A great deal for elephant lovers and for gifting to the new little one in your life. For the price, this is a very quality crib sheet, skirt and comforter. The material is soft and lightweight, super cute design and the comforter is plush and relatively thick, but not heavy. The soft colors and cute patterns make this set very gender-neutral, and all pieces fit my daughter’s standard size crib perfectly. Easy to wash and dry with her normal load of laundry, and the seam-work holds up nicely, very good quality. I love the Peanutshell brand and cannot wait to purchase some crib sets and other items for next baby (hopefully little boy this time!)

I’ve really love this elephant crib bedding set. The elephant pattern is adorable and it gave the crib a really sweet look and goes nicely with the nursery. The set comes with a quilt, fitted sheet, and crib skirt, so it’s nice having everything match without needing to buy pieces separately, and the price is great. The quilt feels like the perfect thickness, is soft and works well for things like cuddle time or laying baby down during supervised play. The fitted sheet stays in place on the mattress and hasn’t slipped off the corners after washing. Everything has held up well so far and still looks nice after a few laundry cycles.Overall I’m really happy with this set. It looks great in the crib and has been a really nice addition to the nursery.

Sweet, Neutral Nursery Set with Classic Charm
This is such a cute, high-quality bedding set for a baby or toddler. I love that the design ties all the pieces together, but the crib skirt is neutral enough that you could easily pair it with other plain crib sheets down the road. The mommy and baby elephant design is especially sweet — it feels timeless and not overly themed.I have a little girl, but this set is truly neutral. I wouldn’t question gifting or receiving this at a baby shower for either gender. This 3-piece baby crib set it very cute and practical. The crib sheets and comforter match very well, and for my crib I don’t have a boxspring so I do not use that part but it’s a very good package overall.The sheets are made of polyester and these are not cotton, so beware that your baby may run hot on these sheets. The quilt itself is thin and will definitely be more suitable for the warmer months, this is too thin for Canadian winters.All in all, I give this 4 stars because for ~$70 you get 3 pieces, but it’s a little steep for polyester sheets but overall the ensemble is really cute. The elephants are a. Ice design and I love the neutral colours used.

Le tout arrive sceller sous vide, comme beaucoup de produits pour prendre moins d’espace. Par ailleurs, avant de parler du produit plus amplement, je tiens à préciser que mes photos étaient AVANT lavage. Il y a certes certains fils de couture sur la couverture, mais une fois passée à la machine, ceux-ci ne seront plus là. En gros, ils ne sont pas liés à une mauvaise couture. Mes photos ne mettent pas en valeur le produit malheureusement, mais il est réellement sublime. Si deux photos peuvent semblés similaires, c’est normal, car en réalité, la couette est réversible et l’un des côtés est le même motif/imprimé que celui pour le drap (vous pourrez même voir les coutures des deux éléphants sur la couette). Bref, ce que je veux dire en résumé : c’est que vous recevez réellement ce que vous voyez sur les photos concernant le produit !Les couleurs sont neutres, mais les dessins n’en sont pas moins jolis ! J’aime beaucoup le design personnellement. Dans ce petit set, vous aurez le drap, la couette et la jupe de berceau (que pour ma part, je n’ai jamais utilisé pour aucun de mes enfants…) le matériel est doux et semble assez résistant aux mêmes titres que les autres parures de lit que nous avons. Je n’ai à l’heure actuelle aucune critique !La seule remarque que j’aurais, c’est que la couette me semble moins épaisse que certaines que nous avons déjà pu avoir pour nos enfants. Ce n’est pas trop mal pour les saisons plus chaudes, donc ce n’est pas dramatique non plus. Pour notre part, il répond aux attentes !

This baby crib set has a cute elephant theme. The stitching is well done, I didn’t find any stray threads. The fabric is soft and it washes well (in cool water, and tumble dried on low).The size of the blanket is a little smaller than expected. The sheet and crib skirt fit a standard sized crib.The design is well done and the neutral colours are gentle and the elephant characters have a sweet demeanor.This set is currently priced at $70 which seems very high for the quality (given it’s polyester). I’d pay this price if it was bamboo, hemp or organic cotton. I’d value it around the $35 mark. Overall it is a nice set though.

This bedding set is undeniably charming! However, I have some reservations about its practicality for its intended use as a toddler bedding set. The comforter is quite thick and small, which may not be suitable for a toddler’s needs. Personally, I prefer using a sleep sack along with a blanket if necessary. We actually repurpose the comforter as a soft surface for our infant to play on. The set also includes a bed skirt and a fitted sheet, both of which are thinner and coordinate beautifully with the comforter’s design. These components fit perfectly on a crib-sized mattress, making it a great choice if you have a crib that converts into a toddler bed or simply want to use it in a crib. Despite not using it as intended, I would still recommend this set for its overall quality and versatility.
