I light the weights but I think you need gloves on.Because it kind of irritates your hands after a while. I think it’s a really good fit for a woman who’s trying to tone up. Excellent quality for the money, and it seems as if it can. Last for a long time, I’d like how you can change the amount of weight you want on each bar and its easy to remove them.

This weight set is perfect. You can quickly change out and increase or decrease weights for your workout. I am very happy with my purchase. The hand grips are very comfortable and easy on an older exerciser. They were a little investment, however, to buy the weights separately would have been as much or more than the cost of this set.
