I bought this for my 4 year old. It works great! It’s very easy to put together and to take apart to clean it afterwards. I like that it plays music so it distracts the child, the music is optional, and it doesn’t play annoyingly loud. It also has an optional multiple color changing lights on it to help you see better. There’s 3 different suction power settings which is nice. My child didn’t like the 2nd and the 3rd (3rd being the most powerful) so I just used the 1st one and it still works good. Overall it’s worth the price and it gets the job done. One con I can give is after it’s used, it’s pretty gross cleaning it but that’s obviously expected. (I clean it by taking the top compartments off and I use some Dawn dish soap and warm water and set it out to dry, very easy)

Worth every penny and more
I have a child with special needs who would not blow her nose. Instead, she would wipe it with a tissue until her upper lip was chapped and bleeding whenever she had a cold. I told her I was going to buy this and it was going to help her. She immediately said, “No way!” The non-motorized Frida was a total fail and she remembered that. I told her daily until the Mercodes Nasal Aspirator arrived that it was going to be helpful and easy for her to use. It took a bit of convincing by turning it on a few times, but she finally agreed to use it! She used it multiple times per day throughout her cold. I can’t tell you how happy I am with this amazing product! It is quiet, which helped. It is also effective. I highly recommend it.

Having used manual nasal aspirators on my baby previously, i found this great and very effective at clearing her nose. There are different levels of suction so you can adjust as you need, and it was super easy to clean afterwards. I would say though that when i adjusted to certain levels, the noise level changed and it was a bit on the loud side. Straightforward to use and i think really reasonably priced. For me, a must have especially around the cold/flu season to help clear any congestion.

Having a congested baby is one of the toughest parts of parenting, so I was really hopeful about the Medcodes Nasal Aspirator. I’ve used manual aspirators before and they’re always a struggle. This electric one with its “hospital grade” suction and multiple settings seemed like a greatsolution. The nine levels of suction are great because you can start with a very gentle setting and increase it as needed. The night light is also a fantastic feature for those middle-of-the-night cleanouts, and the little nursery rhyme function is a cute touch that genuinely helps distract my little one. It’s much less of a fight now.The suction itself is powerful enough to clear out stubborn mucus without being too aggressive, and it’s so much more efficient than the bulb aspirators. Cleaning is also surprisingly easy, as the parts come apart and can be rinsed. While it may be a bit more expensive than manual options, the peace of mind and the ease of use are absolutely worth the price. This has become an essential tool in my baby care arsenal, and I highly recommend it to any parent dealing with a congested little one.
