Reliable and strong—still works great after nearly a year
I’ve had the X-Bosak Nasal Aspirator for Baby (Hospital Grade, Electric with 9 Suction Levels) for almost a year now, and I honestly love it. It still works really well and definitely gets the job done.I bought it because the bulb syringe just wasn’t effective enough, especially when my baby was really congested. This one actually clears everything out. I use it almost daily especially after showers when the steam helps loosen things up and it’s a lifesaver when he gets sick.It’s easy to clean, simple to use, and the suction strength is adjustable, which is great depending on how stuffy he is. My baby doesn’t seem bothered by it either.The only thing I wish was easier is finding replacement rubber parts (specifically the rubber that goes around the bottle). It wears out over time and definitely needs replacing after a while, but it’s not easy to find just that part.Still, I highly recommend it. Super reliable and one of the best baby items I’ve bought.

It’s RSV season and our family have been passing it back as forth. The other hand held aspirator I have has a bunch of parts that you have to clean and are easy to lose because they are small. I got this one as a back up just in case. The tank is larger and it has no small parts.The pros to this one so far: light weight easy to place where you need it.Large chamber that is easy to clean. Has a gasket so it doesn’t leak and can’t with s spare. The placement of the tubing is blocked so it would be hard to plug but easy to clean.It’s fairy powerful as well with the 9 levels of suction.Cons: It’s easily moved. This can be a little bit of a problem when dealing with a squirming 8 month old that does not want their nose sucked and suddenly has 8 arms to pull the tubing with. They can really fling it if they get the tubing lol.It doesn’t have an the lights on the chamber to distract and the music is pretty pointless because you can’t hear it over the baby you’re trying to pin down to clear their nose. I think it’s more to make the parents feel like they are doing something to soothe the baby.It may have 9 levels but the power doesn’t really feel that different than my other one that has 3. It is a little more powerful but not by much.Over all I like it, it’s does it’s job and it’s easier to clean. I’m not really concerned about losing a bunch of pieces. It’s powerful enough to clear their noses out.I do wish it had more tips possibly in color so they are easier to see. But overall it’s great. I will update if anything happens as I’ve only useed it a few days.

Long battery life, strong suction, baby approved
HIGHLY RECOMMEND.My baby had a cold and we used this to help relieve his congestion. It was much easier and much more effective than using a basic bulb syringe or nasal syringe. There are several different levels of intensity for the sucking. There is music such as lullaby’s to play if your baby finds nasal aspiration traumatic. There are also two different sized nasal cones. Furthermore, there is a light with various brightness levels if needed.Cleaning is very easy as you just literally pop it open and wash it. Charges rather quickly and lasts a while. 10/10

I’ve had this for at least two years and I am so upset that I didn’t purchase it sooner. It still works fantastic and I swear it helps get the germs to go away faster because clearing out their nose isn’t a chore anymore.

Decent suction
I have nothing to compare this to except the NoseFrida. I feel like there isn’t much difference in suction settings, it just gets louder with each setting you go up to.It still works great for my 2 month old. It still leaves behind some extra in her nose but gets the bulk of it for the most part. Thankfully my baby tolerates it so she doesn’t cry when I use it on her or try and push it away. If you have a handsy baby who doesn’t like their nose cleaned out, I’d recommend something cordless because this tubing is long and can easily get in the way.Very easy to clean. 4 parts overall that have to be washed and they are easy to take apart and put back together. Comes with 2 rubber nose tips. We have only used the newborn pointy tip piece and it seems to be comfortable for my baby.

This nasal aspirator is fabulous! I’m amazed at how much it can actually suck out. I had the Snotty Boss before, but this one is way stronger. I spray Fess saline first to soften the mucus, then use the machine. My kids don’t love it, but to be fair, they’ve disliked every one we’ve tried.

I have tried another more expensive electronic option and was frustrated not being able to clear my sick baby’s nose proprrly to enable her to have a good feed. I ordered this one and honestly it is incredible. It’s so light weight and portable, super easy to use, you don’t have to shove anything up their nose and the suction is AMAZING. On just setting 2 for my 7 month old, it completely cleared both nostrils in a few seconds and you can easily see the huge amount it pulls out with ease.It upsets her a lot less than our previous device as its done in just a few seconds and it barely goes up her nose (it seems to work more by blocking the hole to the nose if that makes sense).Honestly I keep thinking I wish I had this for my older daughter when she was a baby. When they are sick, snotty and unable to sleep well all I wanted to do is be able to clear their nose to help them feed and breath a bit better while laying down especially. This machine is the best!Definitely recommending to all my friends, particularly as a must have baby shower gift!!Don’t waste your time or money with other options, give this a go and you won’t regret it!
