Best mattress protector
It works really good. My kids threw up in their beds and it didn’t soak through to their mattresses and it washed right out leaving no stains. I believe it has a vinyl layer in it or something of that sort but you can’t hear it because there’s padding on top to make it super comfortable for kids. The only thing I do not like is that it squishes the mattress corners down and makes it look ugly but you honestly can’t even tell when the actual bedsheets are on the mattress

Incredible mattress protection. Gross pictures but we use these for our dog’s bed in her kennel and apparently she had thrown up and we didn’t know or see it through her dark sheets. Must have been there a couple of days. It COMPLETELY absorbed and protected the mattress underneath!! And then literally was good as new after some pet enzyme spray and a run through the washing machine. Has also held up very well for multiple washes, we’ve had them for several months.

This has definitely been a lifesaver, adding an extra layer of protection to our baby’s mini crib mattress, especially when we use a non-waterproof sheet. Honestly, I’d rather this get stained than the actual mattress. While baby hasn’t had a major accident yet, it has worked perfectly when she leaked through the sheets, blocking urine and milk from seeping into the mattress. The urine did leave a slight stain after a couple of uses, but since it’s underneath the bedsheet, it’s not really a concern for me. I also love how easy it is to wash. Despite being waterproof, it’s surprisingly soft and doesn’t feel or sound like plastic—it’s completely quiet at night, which is a huge plus. The only issue I had is that it didn’t fit our 38×24 mini crib mattress as perfectly as I expected. I double-checked the dimensions, and the cover is supposed to fit 38×24 mattresses, but it was a bit off in length. It could be the depth of our mattress, though I didn’t think that was the issue since there was extra fabric around the sides. Regardless, it still covered about 99% of the surface, so it wasn’t a major problem—just a bit odd.P.S. The pictures are of the second sheet, which we’ve just started using, so there’s no staining yet.

A bit snug but works great
I ordered this mattress protector for my dog’s bed (a crib mattress) since he’s a big chewer and likes to leave slobbery wet spots all over his bedding. We do use a waterproof pet blanket but sometimes he burrows and ends up chewing right on the mattress sheet. This mattress protector definitely does the job – it’s just a tad small and creates a little lift on the mattress edges, but not super noticeable. I’m hoping it will stretch in time. Functionality wise, it gets the job done – the waterproofing works great and keeps the mattress protected from slobber and the occasional puke. While it’s not particularly soft, it’s also not too crinkly or plasticky like other waterproof mattress protectors can be, and you really don’t notice it once the sheet is on. I can’t speak to durability since it’s still new, but I love that the package contained two covers to keep the mattress protected while one is in the wash – maybe I didn’t read the listing carefully enough but I wasn’t expecting a spare, so this was a nice surprise! Overall, very pleased with this purchase and would recommend.

Excellent fit and protection
I’m very happy with this Dreamology Mattress Protector. It is snug and fits my Graco mattress perfectly. I was concerned that the waterproof material would be noisy, but it is quiet as can be. As a bonus, the outer layer is soft. If I am without a crib sheet and only had this mattress protector to use, I would feel comfortable that it would be soft and gentle enough on my baby’s skin. I tested just how waterproof the protector is and after running water over it for about 30 seconds and letting it pool, the underside remained dry. This gives me confidence that the mattress will, at the very least, be protected from a leaky diaper or spit up. Given the quality of the mattress protectors and that 2 sheets come in a pack, this purchase is well worth it and highly recommended.

Compresses mattress, causing gaps between mattress and crib slats.
Our mini crib mattress is 38×24″ and 3″ thick, and we double it up with a very thin pad that came with our mini crib. I bought these mattress protectors because it’s clearly indicated that they’re supposed to fit mattresses 4-6″ thick.These don’t even fit our 3″ thick mattress properly by itself. The elastic rides up the sides, exposing the edges of the mattress, and they’re so tight that they compress the mattress to the point of buckling and bowing, causing it to be squished small enough to leave gaps between the mattress and the crib rails (it’s a snug fit with no gaps when the mattress isn’t being squished by the protector). It’s like it’s ALMOST the right size. But it’s not really the right size.It seems like these mattress covers would be more appropriate for a VERY thin and somewhat stiff pack and play “mattress” – but they certainly don’t fit an actual “bed” style mini crib mattress of the dimensions claimed.The overall quality, the fabric, etc. seems fine. But the description is not accurate. I am quite disappointed.

Fit the mini crib perfectly, and are effective at preventing liquids from seeping through to the mattress. We have washed them and they wash well without looking worn.
