Super, love it in every way possible. You can heat it in the microwave if you are needing heat OR put in the freezer to use as a cold compress, the scent is divine and not overpowering, length is perfect 👌so easy to use with just the right amount of weight. Holds heat for a long time
These have been around since our parents were young, but here’s the thing.. THEY WORK. I love that the rice has been swapped for clay – it holds the heat longer. The covering is really soft. This comes in a reusable case which I like to use to keep it clean.

They key is not to overdo it
I could hardly wait to try this when it arrived today because I slept wrong and my neck has been aching all day. I was almost sorry when I ordered this because I didn’t see the reviews about it catching on fire until it was ordered. Yow. But having seen those, I put this on a plate in the microwave for 20 seconds. It didn’t feel like it had gotten hot at all, so I gave it another 10 seconds. Didn’t seem hot, but I didn’t want to chance it so I went on and put it around my neck and shoulders and sat back in my recliner to write this review.Well, I have to say that I am surprised. Not only is the scent really lifting my spirits, but the the warmth emanating from the wrap is just right, a gentle, moist, penetrating heat that feels really, really good. I’ve got an expensive electric moist heating pad that doesn’t feel anywhere near as good as this does. So I’m glad I got it. I haven’t tested it cold yet, but I plan to keep it in the freezer inside the plastic pouch it came in because the mint-green fuzzy cover, I know, is going to get dirty in a hurry. I think it can be removed, but it doesn’t look like it would be easy, and I don’t think the cover would hold up well to machine washing. But, oh my! This just feels really super good to me right now!So the trick is, do NOT nuke it until it melts! You don’t need to. And another thing: the weight is just right. It feels like one of those weighted blankets, but not too heavy.

THE SCENT IS SO LOVELY
Not a big lavender fan, however, the scent of this wrap is blissful. Wish I could find it bottled as a perfume. It’s LOVELY!Beads can be shifted throughout the wrap and provide the perfect amount of pressure where you need it. Great dupe in place of a nod pod mask!

Strange directions and unfamiliar smell
I’ve used Earth therapeutic products 4 years. Had several pair of the booties, 2 neck wraps with a buckle, 2 multipurpose wraps with handles. I also have a “bed buddy” with a handle on both ends… so I guess I’m a bit of a “connoisseur” of this type of product. I’m not a fan of lavender smells that USUALLY come on these relaxing/sleep /calm type of products. This one seems /claim to be more of a mint eucalyptus type smell. Whatever the smell is, its not exactly UNpleasant, but it is not relaxing. It’s a bit overpowering and synthetic to me. On a different note, most products like this that I own say to microwave no more than 1 minute. I always hit 1:11 on my microwave because it’s just so easy and sometimes I might even add another 10 seconds. This item came with directions that said to only microwave it for TWENTY seconds… That’s ridiculous!! I’ve tried it out several times to be safe and I definitely feel comfortable leaving it in MY microwave for 1 minute unattended. The item’s relaxation / pain relief is comprable to similar products., but at this point I am finding the smell a bit “off-putting”.As I said I am a connoisseur of products like this…. so I will probably continue to use my others for neck relaxation and save this one to use around knees or feet as necessary.

Horrible Strong Smell
Awful awful awful smell! My son described it as someone spilling a bottle of cheap perfume. There is no hint of lavender or chamomile. I’ve washed it and it sat outside to air out for a week before we could bring it in the house. It’s still too strong and gives my daughter a headache.

The body wrap has a calming scent of lavender and chamomile throughout. So in addition to the heavenly scent, it’s also versatile. You can put it in the freezer or microwave, it offers cold and hot therapy! I primarily used it for my neck, the fabric is soft and not too scratchy. It works well by providing relief while remaining soft, great quality. The wrap has loops at the end so you can control the pressure, providing relief while also calming you with the scent of lavender. Great. Quality!
