My first humidifier and hit the hole in one.
I’ve just recently bought this and was very impressed with how simple it was to set up and get started. In sleep mode it is completely silent which is nice, it is amazing when it starts working, the problem is it works too well that as soon as I woke up recently, it shot up to an unhealthy level of humidity such as 65-66 which I’d assume the “AI” would know is unhealthy as at this level increases risks of mold growth, musty odors, dust mites, and discomfort. As soon as this occurred, I went on a journey to read the manual, ask the customer service about this and even ask google/AI about it. What I’ve learned is that it only has three modes, Auto- Uses ai to control humidity Sleep- quiet function Power- max fan. Apparently the AI isn’t that bright, the only solution I’ve seen that works is to use a timer to make it turn off after said timer. I’m not sure if the AI is active when on sleep mode but if it isn’t then that’s just very unfortunate, I’m still testing it for a week and just seeing that it doesn’t have the capability to set a humidity level is just surreal to me. I might return it and choose a different product based on that.Pros:Has self cleaning for descalingQuiet in sleep modeWhen pressing the turn off button it dries itself for 1 hour press it twice and its on standbyEasy to refill, turn off and pour through top or remove the top and take the bottom to refill.Comes with a filter and a cartridge that helps with hard waterMaintenance is fairly easy, set up on your calendar, change water everyday if possible and use iron copper drops if u want. The filter frame and net can be removed to rinse both separately. and can remove parts of the bottom tank for easier wiping.Has a small red ball in the front that tells you how much water you have left pretty convenient, if it gets stuck just tap it.Auto mode is convenient as the AI sets the humidity for you, mine kept it at 60, weirdly enough I’m not sure if its active in sleep mode since when I’ve slept and put it into sleep mode it sky-rocketed to 65-66.Cons:Can’t set humidity? Very odd for a new product to not have the most universally basic option of choosing said humidity and keeping it there.Maintenance can get expensive, easily said for convenience having iron copper drops is nice and knowing the filter can last especially the cartridge however it mostly depends on said water you have, if its very hard water then both filter and cartridge won’t last as long as soft water users.I see it as an inconvenience when I have to set a timer when all of this can be avoided when in the beginning you’re given the choice to set it at said humidity. It’s a good product, just lacks the most simplest of operations.The top is heavy I’m a dude and if you’re not careful dropping it would most definitely not be ideal. However seeing it as heavy means it can be legit and not just random plastic inside.TLDR: Can’t set humidity levels have to set timer, quiet in sleep mode, works very well, too well. Decent maintenance, can get expensive. AI is dumb easily refilled, good product just lacking the simplest mechanisms. If you don’t care about setting humidity I guess its perfect for you? I have a pc and tech in my room so having that high of a humidity is not ideal for my case.Edit: From 2 stars to 5 stars just because of their customer service. Genuinely the product is already good, the only con was the small ability to set the humidity, just set a timer but I’m just a lazy person honestly. Their customer service was impressively superb that I am without words, they were beyond kind and understanding and knew what they wanted their products to be especially when they’re also looking into the future, I’ve never been treated this way where the customer comes first and that is what they firmly showed me. They treat feedback very seriously and act on what they should improve on I’ve also given them feedback and to see it applied as soon as possible is impressive. I barely change ratings, but this one they deserved 100%. With the way they’ve treated me and if they keep the quality consistent, I might as well be a loyal customer now.

Humidifier with Great Features and Large Water Tank – Uses Tap Water!
During the winter months, I am often bothered by dry throat, skin and sinus/allergy issues. When I ordered this 4.5L mist-free evaporative humidifier, my main requirements were to find one sufficient for my square footage, one that could use tap water, and also have a large enough water storage tank so that I wouldn’t have to add water all the time. This machine completely satisfied my requirements, and then some! Not until I got it did I realize that this is truly one of those scenarios where you’re getting more than you bargained for. This humidifier has been a great addition to my home. It covers up to 632 sq. ft and delivers comfortable humidity without leaving white dust on furniture–I didn’t know this was a thing. The evaporative design makes it feel cleaner and more natural than my other traditional cool mist humidifiers. There are so many valuable features that this humidifier provides. Just to name a few are: Auto mode, Sleep mode, Dry mode, Timer, and a Auto-Shutoff sensor. Just know that with these features, come some maintenance tasks that you have to do to keep your machine in top-notch condition, e.g., filter cleaning and water tank deep cleaning. These are minor tasks compared to the benefits you will receive.Ease of InstallationThere are some first time use instructions that you must follow initially, like removing the packaging from inside the humidifier, and cleaning the water tank and filter. After this, is just a matter of getting acquainted with the features before you get started. The included Quick Start Guide is a great place to start.How I Use It- Location: Living room- Run Time: During the day on Auto Mode where the humidifier will adjust the fan speed bas on the indoor relative humidity.What I Like to Name a Few- Large 4.5L tank: Easily lasts through most of the day depending which operating mode you select. Luckily you can fill it from the top (Top Pour) or add water to the tank (Tank Fill).- Works well using tap water: No need for distilled water.- Auto Shuts Off when empty- Water level indicator on the front of the unit- Washable 3-D evaporation wick: Traps tap water impurities. Washable and reusable. Lasts for 6-12 months before needing to replace.- Truly mist free: No visible mist, no damp surfaces, and absolutely no white dust on furniture or floors.- Built in sensors: It automatically adjusts to maintain the humidity level I set, which keeps the room comfortable without constant tweaking.- Sleep Mode: Very quiet, with lights dimmed and perfect for nighttime use.- Dry mode: (90 Minutes) runs after shutdown- Simple controls: The timer, auto mode, and humidity settings are fairly easy to understand and use. I recommend keeping the Quick Start Guide/Cleaning Guide close by for quick reference.What Could Be ImprovedFilter replacements: The humidifier wick (filter) works well, but it does need periodic replacement every 6-12 months, so that’s something to plan for. At the time of this writing, a replacement filter was right at $15.ResultsAfter using it consistently, the room feels more comfortable with no more dry throat in the morning, and my skin is noticeably softer and not so cracked. It’s also been great for keeping my main living space at a steady humidity level, and no longer worrying about mist settling on surfaces.BottomlineIf you want a reliable, low maintenance, dust free humidifier with a large capacity water tank, this AEOCKY model is a good choice. It’s quiet, efficient, and thoughtfully designed for any room, but bedrooms and nurseries might really be the perfect settings with all the special features this model has to offer. This is beneficial for anyone who prefers evaporative humidity over visible mist. With now knowing all the quality features, I absolutely think this is well worth the price they are asking. I’m actually surprised it’s not a bit more.
