I attempted to use this to keep these dang chickens of mine off my porch. They have TONS of land to lay and play… but no, they want in alllll my flower pots. They kill everything. SO GATE TIME. It was easy to put up, perfect size, and easy to open and close. Did it keep the chickens off? No. Of course not. However it does keep other unwanted guests off the porch. This would work well for children… and it works well to keep my Rottie on the porch when I need him to be. So it’s useful… for everything but the ONE thing I needed it for, but thats my luck. Great gate overall!

Excellent gate, but a bit pricey for the larger sizes
This gate is very easy to assemble and use. The only complaint I have is the price. I originally ordered the smaller gate, but wad too small for my needs. Seems like doubling the price for a gate that’s only 30 inches wider is a bit too much.

Works for what we need it for.
We use this to block the outdoor stairs to our basement. It keeps the grandkids from falling down. We used zip ties to mount it to the railing but it does come with mounts for inside the home.

Sometimes I just want a little time without the critters… | Looks nice | Keeps dogs in a safe space | Easy enough to install – highly recommend using the templates | ONLY CON [and not really a con]: pass-through gate requires two hands for me, but I’m sure coordinated individuals could master it w/one hand
