Does not work as advertised
Does not work as advertised. I bought this to use it as a basic anchor for my tv, and it constantly comes undone. The adhesive connector consistently does not stay on the surface you stick it to. I would not suggest buying this.

Excellent product but needs instructions.
The product itself is excellent. However, there were no instructions. The product came with little pads that could have been mistaken for alcohol cleaning pads but they are prep pads to make the surface you are applying the device primed for the device application (the pads state that they are chemically hazardous). Also, there are several keys for the locks — this is good. But — FYI — the keys are identical. All this said I am very happy with this product. But don’t make the mistake I did and put them on too tight, as trying to fasten the lock with being almost impossible – leave a little slack. Again, great product, good price.

I have two kids and I use this lock to secure their dresser to the wall and to lock the kitchen cabinet full of chemicals shut. This has not failed me once and is INCREDIBLE!!!!

The adhesive on the anchors does not last if there is the slightest bit of pressure. Tried twice and at least one of the anchors just fell off the adhesive

I love these – much better than the ones normally supplied with a bookcase
My 84 year old mom just moved into an apartment, and she has a couple of really tall bookcases. Needless to say, we are a bit worried about her pulling that thing down on top of her – could be a bad accident.When I got a chance to use these adhesive mount safety anchors I jumped on it for a couple of reasons.First, no drilling, no mess.Second, the anchor is detachable with a key locking system. If you need to move the boockase temporarily, it’s easy to detach it from the wall and then reattach it when you want.I put these in last night, and I was really pleased. The adhesive mounted with an incredily strong grip on both the drywall and back of the bookshelf. I was really worried aobut both surfaces, neither one is particuarly well known for being a good adhesive target, but this seems really good.With luck we will never need to know how well these are doing, but in the event of an accident, I’ll definitely update the review with a performance report.For now I’m going to say that these are a big improvement over the typical wall attachment kit that comes with your prefab furniture. These are super strong and work well to protect our furniture from falling when our toddler tries to climb. When we needed to move the furniture and tried to remove the side that was stuck on the wall our wall peeled off also, requiring a patch job. Will buy again though because they are strong.
