Clif Builder Protein Bars
These Chocolatey Mint Clif Bars are by far my favorite flavor/brand. They do not have the gritty texture that some of the others have and the flavor is on-point. It’s the perfect size for that mid-day protein snack.

Nice minty flavor! Not overpowering, just the right amount of mint. With so many protein bars on the market, you have to decide after looking at calories, etc, whether it ticks all the boxes for your nutrition. The Clif Builders are very filling and easily work for me as a meal substitute. Great for travel.

Taste great, arrived as advertised. Eat with caution, I had one a day and developed some gas probably due to some of the sweeteners. I do recommend this product overall, and it arrived in great condition, no melting or crushed box.

As a busy and tired parent, I often want to meet the day by reducing my workload. Sometimes even eating well can feel like a chore (especially because I’m fighting my way back to life after a chemical TBI & NDE from quaternary janitorial chemicals) but I’m committed to improving my health.I’m more productive and optimistic when I’ve had a good breakfast and have incorporated one of these delicious bars (along with a few dried prunes, dates, or cranberries) into my morning routine for the past week and LOVE them. I usually eat a whole bar at 7 am and don’t get hungry until about 11 am. Sometimes I’ll be satisfied with half – and eat the other half around 9 am with a banana or an apple.My teenager is an avid cross-country runner and has been asking for a bar on his way to 7 am runs with his team (5 to 9 miles daily). He’s eating my supply – as teens often will – but I’m happy he likes these as he’s usually quite picky about protein bars & shakes.The flavor reminds me of a girl scout thin mint cookie. I like the peanut butter flavor as well.I keep one or two in my purse for those hangry moments that occasionally arise. Much better than candy or fast food.I’ll definitely be purchasing & eating these on a regular basis. I love them!P.S. Drink plenty of water when you eat these as they are more like a meal than a snack. 🙂

Formula change. Buyer beware.
These used to be a favorite of mine, but the last time I ordered, they came in new packaging (right) that says “chocolatey” instead of “chocolate.” The nutrition information changed as well—they now have more sugar and sodium. These new ones taste plastic-y and artificial, and the texture is worse, too. I stopped buying. There are better options out there!
