How can I prevent shrinking?
Machine wash & dry, but never on high! Wash in cold or warm water in a gentle cycle, and tumble dry low.
We use pre-washed fabric to minimize shrinkage, and we design all our products with 5% shrinkage in mind after the first wash.
How can I prevent pilling (tiny balls that gather on the surface like wool)?
Pilling is usually caused by snagging and rubbing against other fabrics and zippers. Like wool, pilling has no impact on the warmth or comfort of the sleep sack. For best care, wash in a delicates wash bag with the zipper fully up and line dry.
What size should I get?
While Tealbee sizes go by age, choose based on height. See our size chart above. If your child is in between sizes,choose a size up. They grow into it quicker than you think!
What should my child wear under Tealbee?
Tealbee is a wearable blanket that is designed to be placed over over snug pajamas or onesies of your choice. You can modulate the temperature further by changing the thickness of the pajamas underneath.
What TOG should I choose?
Choose TOG based on the typical temperature of your nursery & your climate. See the TOG Guide above. You might find that you need to adjust if your child is a cold or hot sleeper. Tealbee fabric weight is lab-tested to assure an accurate TOG rating.

Best sleep suit I’ve bought….
After my baby grew out of the Merlin magic sleep suit. This is so soft & cozy I love using this one the most for my now 2 year old. The material is perfect cotton. The fit is great, we now however put it in so the zipper is in the neck bc we’ve found her several times naked in the crib! lol other than her resourcefulness lol it’s really the best one I’ve bought it’s nice a thick but breathable & warm! Ps. I bought this for her in a bigger size so it would last us longer she just turned 2 tho so it fits a little more snug. It’s so cute get this one you will love it!!!!

Really happy with this sleep sack. The material is soft, warm, and comfortable without being too heavy. My toddler moves around a lot during sleep, and the feet design makes it much easier for walking before bedtime while still staying cozy all night. The zipper feels sturdy and it washes well without shrinking. Definitely helped keep our little one warm and sleeping more comfortably.

Perfect for toddlers in between a sleep sack and a blanket
This sleep sack is perfect for our walking toddler as I’m not comfortable giving her a blanket yet. It’s soft, warm, and breathable and has so far stood up in the wash.

Purchased 4 times, great suit
Toddler has been sleeping in this little suit for a while and she loves it. She seems to sleep through the night without us worrying about her being too cold or too hot! It feels breathable and she hasn’t said anything (with her limited words). The color is scary because it’s a light color but we’ve not had any stains than have stuck; granted she just uses it in bed.Overall, it seems like it’s a little pricey potentially but still a good value for the money. It appears to be a good, lasting quality, imperfect for my 2 year old and is easy to put on/take off.Lastly, we’ve purchased this 4 times. The first two were for when she was smaller and these next two she’ll grow into.

Great Quality, Amazon fulfillment lets the business down
The product I would say is 5/5! I’m going to get to the point: I bought 1.5 TOG and 0.8 TOG, they are both high quality and soft. They seem to regulate temperature very well—breathable but keeps my toddler warm. Yet on warm nights, it has a cooling effect. You can really feel the quality and the weight it has is nice. Even the 0.8 TOG has some weight like a blanket, but not too warm.But I deducted a star due to some confusion in the description, and the fulfillment through Amazon. Firstly, I was excited that the short sleeve had feet! But the reviews were conflicting, as was the description. I reached out to the company and discovered they discontinued the feet, but had a few left in the “mushroom 1.5 TOG” pattern, but it’s possible by the time anyone reads this that there are no more with feet. I bought this pattern for the feet but misread the sizing (my bad—no reflection on the company) but I loved it so much I kept it for when she’s older. It came with a return sticker on the packaging but no big deal as the sleeper seemed untouched. When I went to buy one in her correct size, this time in 0.8, I received yet another return. But this time it was clear it had been used! The tag was off and it had been washed and possibly dried on heat (the fabric was dingy and pilling) with hair in it! Not the bamboo threads that look like hair-it was actual hair. So gross! Amazon did a poor job reviewing the contents of the return. I have since received a new one—finally a brand new one, not returned! It’s lovely.Overall my daughter seems to sleep well in this. She likes having freedom to move her legs, unlike a regular sleep sack. But they no longer have footies for the short sleeve ones. Amazon is not doing this business justice with how poorly they are handling the returns and sending them out without any quality control.

Diaper keeper on-er, comfy
Great sleep sack for the price. My son loves to wear his “blanket” and get ready for bed. We bought this to zip backwards because he was taking the diaper off at night. Worked like a charm. Washes well, did not shrink. Perfect for most sleep temps. The zipper slides with ease and does not get stuck.

This suit overall is very good. Have purchased different types of sleep sacks, and this one is one of my go to’s. The material is quilted so it has a thicker feel to it. My 8 month old sweats during her sleep so I find this material is cooler while still keeping her comfortable.Size wise, I decided to order the larger size. Mind you, it is baggy but my baby is longer, and from the measurements for the 12m-2t, she would probably only get a couple of months of wear with the smaller size but the bigger one she will grow into. Plus, the ankle cuffs are snug so her feet don’t slip through.

If there is less than one star i will choose it!!!The sleeping bag was in horrible condition it was used for at least 2 years with different old stains and the fabric was moldy and smells awful, i was shocked when I received it to the extent that I couldn’t touch it and I wore gloves to put it back to the bag I even forgot to take pictures of it

Lovely, soft high quality sleepsuit. My 2-year-old was no longer happy in her sleepsac but can’t yet pull a blanket back over her if she kicks it off at night (which means she wakes up!). She’s happy to wear this and stays warm and asleep all night. Love it.

It’s nice and soft! My son absolutely loves it. The only issue I have is that it came ripped on the back. The package didn’t look like it had been opened before or that the product was used. I would purchase another one, but would return if ripped as well.
