My Husband “Secured” the Furniture—And My Sanity Unraveled
This isn’t just a product review. It’s a story of betrayal, glue, and begrudging respect.One day, my husband got into my Amazon account, ordered these anchors, and installed them—without asking—on my beautiful, expensive chest of drawers. When I saw it, I nearly passed out. These things are on there so tight I might have to tear down the entire wall to remove them. (Because I’d rather demolish drywall than damage my furniture.)I HATE them.But… they work.Like, really well.Apparently some reviews said they don’t hold, but I’m convinced mine came with a bonus batch of industrial-strength glue. They’re not budging. And now I have to admit he was right—our kids are safe. Which is somehow the most annoying part of all.This is a cautionary tale: beware of husbands with good intentions, zero regard for home aesthetics, and prime delivery access.

Glad I didn’t have to drill holes
I transitioned my 1 year old granddaughter from a highchair to a booster seat at the kitchen table. The seat was secured on a chair but she started leaning over the side of the chair and pushing with her feet causing the chair to tip sideways. I really didn’t want to drill holes in my kitchen wall and was happy to find these adhesive straps. I attached one end to the back of the chair and the other end to the wooden chair rail on the wall. So far, it’s working! Made the mistake of first attaching the strap to the wallpapered wall and it just tore a hole in the paper.

Poor product, waste of money and damaged walls
Didn’t work, waste of money and now I have to patch and paint multiple areas of our walls plus find something else to anchor things properly. Only stuck to the faux wood paneling in our basement. One of the sides would stick and the other wouldn’t on every other surface – including typical drywall and tile. The strap isn’t long enough so unless the furniture in question is super flush with the wall, it doesn’t let the other end adhere (again, if it decides to stick or not).

Easy to use anti-tip straps
Worked beautifully to secure a bookshelf. Easy to apply with no issues noted. Seems to be safe, and I expect it to last as long as we need it to. I do worry that the adhesive might be rough on the paint upon removal, but will cross that bridge when I come to it.

It works really well. I secured my entry table to the wall and had no problems. The only thing is, it is hard to remove and it removed my dry wall.

Look like trash, work like trash, save your money
I think these are super overpriced and aren’t worth the money for the quality of the product.The adhesive comes off very easily for some of them and for others they stick on very well.I also don’t like how ugly and chunky they are and sometimes they get jammed and can just be frustrating to open and use.They were easy to install, but again because of the cheap adhesive are easy to fall off which makes me worry about the durability and effectiveness of the product.These are easy to remove, which is a problem because the whole purpose of it is to make sure they stick on and hold everything in your cupboard.They are not very durable and do not help me feel very safe.Overall, they are not very functional and effectiveness varies, which is not good for this product because I got them for in case of emergency if there’s an earthquake that can leave food and dishes falling to the ground from my cupboards. I want something reliable easy to use and better looking.

Will be returning these as they are being advertised as wall anchors but do not have a secure enough hold for most furniture of danger to a child. Works fine to secure cabinets or drawers closed but this is not how it is advertised. For the price I was expecting technology that is a safe alternative to damaging my wall in order to secure furniture. These are not those. Buyer beware.

I put this on two pieces of furniture and within 72 hours they were not on the wall anymore. and managed to take off all the paint too. don’t buy this, not safe
