Solid wood; smooth, painted edges; & folds easily. Does not tip like the plastic one I tried. I like the handle at top, makes it easy for me to slide the stool over to the sink after my grand has used the toilet. Took some effort for this grandma to build, but I’m sure most would find it easy. Glad I found this stool.

Lightweight for toddlers
Nice wood, sturdy. Easy enough to assembly. The back leg isn’t as easy for my toddler to pull out as I would have liked making it difficult to use on his own. But he can carry it easily which is great. Height gets my 3 foot toddler up to the sink but not high enough to reach the faucet.

I was very excited to receive this step stool because it seemed like the right height and I was able to fold it and put it away. Well, I received a different stool and it was defective and completely unsafe for my toddler to use. No instructions and it came in a bag already assembled.
