Beautiful and Useful
I have had this alarm clock for about a month and so far it is the only thing that consistently works AND actually wakes me up. I love the nature sounds to fall asleep and the gradual light and alarm to wake up. Using the alarm is easy once you get the hang of it and remember which button does what.

Almost perfect, but…
I really wanted to keep this clock. Out of all the sound machines with sunrise/sunset timer features, it had 97% of all the bells and whistles available on the market and for a reasonable price. The color choices are awesome (more on at the end), it has a pleasing anesthetic, and multiple sound options with good quality sound, and the features are highly customizable (so if you want something simple and basic, this isn’t the model for you).However, contrary to what Rufus Ai said, this model does NOT come with two crucial things: the ability to separate the light and sound functions when using the alarm for sunrise in the morning or sunset timer when going to bed. That means that if you’re using the noise function all night to cancel out noisy neighbors or other environmental nuisances, it will abruptly shut off when the sunrise light starts to turn on, which, for light sleepers, it becomes a rude awakening in itself, and then whatever “gentle” alarm sound you set will come in 9+ minutes later.Then let’s say you want to train yourself to go to sleep (I have a bad reading habit). The sunset light will slowly fade in whatever time range you set, but so will the sound. So that means you have to wake yourself up enough to be able to set the background noise you want for the rest of the night. I read the instructions thoroughly to try different strategies and nothing worked.A couple other minor inconveniences is that the instruction booklet comes with microscopic letters, so those with poor eyesight will need a lens to read. Also, it doesn’t come with dual alarm, which is odd, since it has almost everything else. No FM radio but that’s whatever.I’m fascinated by colors, so if you’re curious about the colors, here’s a list I made:*01 45° angle rainbow gradient cycle02- Clockwise rainbow gradient cycle03- red breathing/pulse04-sunrise/upward rainbow gradient cycle (my fave, looks like a cool sunrise when its pink/yellow)05-white/grey flicker, looks like light shining through rustling leaves in a foggy/opaque window06- 2-tone fade: bottom stays reddish, top cycle fades from blue white07- dark fireplace08- music/noise reacts : flashing lights in different color cycles09- music/noise reaction but to fireplace colors*Note: there is no way to set to one solid color except red, and this is not a projector, so don’t expect your whole walls/ceiling to reflect each color mode.

Love this clock! It has so many different color setting and alarm noises. I wake up every morning now to the “sunrise” and it really helps get my day off on the right foot
