A must have for sensory seeking kids with ASD! Best weighted blanket ever!
Despite my fears of being too heavy for his weight , I bought for my 8 year old son. Has ASD and needs tons of pressure to sleep. This blanket was a godsend. Since our son was 3, we have moved up from 5 lbs ->7 lbs ->12 lbs, now 20 lbs. While quite heavy, it turned out to be just the pressure he needed as his nighttime restlessness was increasing. It’s large enough that all 20 pounds is not truly on top of him. The weight is evenly distributed across the blanket.He loves it and immediately wanted to be smothered by it! He falls asleep in under 10 minutes now, sometimes less! Parents of kids on the spectrum know how miraculous that is!The blanket itself is also good quality and very soft. Recommends hand washing, however I wash on delicate setting and dry low heat. Have washed about 5 times thus far and is holding up great. Highly recommend. I have the same one in burgundy for myself – 12 pounds. I love that it has different materials on either side. Can be used winter or summer. My son decides every night if he wants the “cold side” or “warm side”.

I got this blanket last week! It took my no time to get use to the weight! I never had one this heavy. It’s fine. Doesn’t feel to heavy or hot. Very soft and beautiful color. Easy came in a bag very nice. Yes get gift. Nice quality. I really love it. I have anxiety, fibromyalgia, RSL syndrome. depression. I think it helps me.

I absolutely love this blanket. Its warm and cozy and soft and it fits my tall frame. Its not so heavy that I struggle to carry it. Its survived a baby and a dog and lots of rough housing!

Everyone should buy a weighted blanket- I’m not joking. This one was super good and well made, especially for the price I got it at. I sleep under it like every night and It’s helped so much with insomnia. Perfect size for 1 person, weight is evenly distributed across the blanket (and will stay that way after washes/general use), and just super warm and cozy. Genuinely life-changing. Wonderful for a budget weighted blanket
I don’t have a lot of money but really wanted a weighted blanket. I bought two of these in two different colors and they’re actually really great. It has a warming side and a cooling side which actually do what they’re supposed to do. I kero one on my bed and one on the couch. Only thing I wish I’d done differently is get a bigger sized one for my bed.

This was one of the best purchases I’ve made off amazon haha. My husband is in snow removal and the irregular hours and anxiousness in a snowfall can make it difficult for him to actually sleep. This blanket has done wonders. The weighted blanket calmed him and relaxes his body to fall in a deep sleep right away. Love that its reversible so you can either sleep with the soft fuzzy side or the comforter side for cooler feel. The quality is excellent and comfort of this blanket is beyond excellent!

The color, the weight, the comfort, the warmth and generally overall use. It’s not too heavy. But it’s good enough that you don’t want to take it off! 13/10 🙂
