Easy to store. Variety pack!
I appreciate the quality of the product, but it could be a slightly sturdier material. I have a feeling that after using these for a period of time, the tensile strength of them may tend to fade. Definitely helpful for physical therapy treatment at home, though. Love the variety of colors and the easy storage capability.

Value for the Dollar achieved in these Exercise Bands.
This is the second set of bands I have had over the years. The three bands do have increasing resistance levels which is very important for daily advancement. Would recommend for injury recovery of the feet or legs as well as shoulders. They are sturdy and I expect they will last for quite some time. For the stronger indivduals, they can be combined for a much more resistant workout. Just lay one on top of the other and then knot at the ends for a good hand hold.

Very good quality, came in nice packaging, label disintegrates quickly so mark them with an indelible marker (Sharpie) if you need to remember which color band is which strength resistance. Helpful sample exercises and stretches insert included. Very fair pricing.

Feels toxic to touch
I needed this type of resistance band for some physical therapy. These are pretty cheap, and obviously made outside the country. They come in three resistances. The material is thin and when touching it, I get a sense that it is full of residual chemicals and it feels toxic to touch it. The resistance band work perfectly fine, but there is a tacky sensation to it that feels atypical of rubber. At least there is no strong odor.I have resistance bands for exercise that hooks onto a loop and has carabiners to connect a handle. Those are made of rubber but it is not tacky like this. I will use it cautiously but with gloves and socks.

Works as advertised
Bought two sets as inexpensive replacements for worn out straps. I use straps twice a day 7 days a week for rotator cuff PT and have gone through two sets over the years….. only need the light & medium tensions and these were a perfect match at a great price point. So far they are working well. No matter how long they last, for the price they are worth it to me.
