Revised Review: Potentially dangerous and poor quality
First review: This product worked well for about 1 week. After one week of use, the power adapter started to fail producing “coil whine” (a high pitched squealing from electrical failure) before failing completely. Not worth the cost and potentially dangerous fire risk if the power adapter/unit is so poorly manufactured/quality controlled.Revision: I initially received a product that did not work properly and had an electrical issue. Customer service promptly reached out and remedied the situation by sending a replacement and refunding the original order. Despite the initial product issues, I would purchase from this company again based on the customer service experience.
