Good but cheap
I’m sure these are fine for most applications, and we have installed them in our sons room. But, vs other straps, you can tell the velcro isn’t going to hold under extreme pressure. So if it’s just as an added precaution, these are good, but if it’s a very heavy piece of furniture you need to strap, I’d buy quake hold.

Straps okay – hardware useless
You get what you pay for – and this was a steal… The straps themselves seem okay, but the hardware is worthless. The length of the silver screws is quite short, imo. There are no drywall anchors. And I’m not even sure what the gold screw is for. I used my own drywall anchors with longer screws (and a wider screw head) and it feels secure. I’m using this on a lightweight cabinet in my bathroom. I wouldn’t feel safe if it was anything heavier.
