We are really happy with our Nanit Pro, we transitioned from a monitor only baby monitor to the Nanit which is smart and on your phone- easy to access and check on your little ones from anywhere. Easy to set up and navigate the app. Quality is great, I’d highly recommend to new parents.

Received just the stand and not the monitor….
I’m not sure what went wrong, but I only received a stand and not the monitor…. very expensive to not get the monitor?

In the toilet
Totally frustrated. The camera sits precariously on the mounting device. It does not click and lock in place easily or well. The camera popped off again and fell behind a big cabinet. I took the pieces into the bathroom for better light and got it put back together again. When walking past the toilet, the camera head popped off again. Yep, landed in the toilet. I’m done.

Disappointing
The bad:- the stand it comes with is terrible. The design of the camera’s mount in general is terrible and the camera, even when mounted firmly will wobbly and fall off with even gentle movement. I went as far as to get a warranty replacement stand thinking this was the issue, but it’s exactly the same and a known design issue. You would NOT want to put this camera anywhere above your child as it could fall off and hit them.- there is not computer app for Mac and not way to access your video feed online so you can only see the feed from a phone or iPad. The app is not optimized for iPad though, so really only usable on your phone. This is unfortunate for such an expensive device.- the humidity and temperature sensors almost never work. Online it says to unplug and reply the camera into the base. This occasionally works but only for a short time. Likely because the connection is so loose, it loses connection?The Good:- the camera quality itself is very good and clear unless you zoom into the feed.- there is very little lag for sounds and movement so you typically know what’s happening quickly which is a plus.Overall very overpriced for a device that appears polished but does not deliver on hardware.

Charging for other viewers
They are now charging a 100.00 for extra viewers. We had the grandparents view they just cut us off. My son and dil have had us connected since he was born we enjoyed it up until you decided to gouge. Buy another brand
