This non-slip bath mat has a lot of positives, but there are a couple of things to consider depending on your bathtub’s texture. Due to the texture of my tub, the mat doesn’t adhere as well as I’d hoped. However, with the water pressure and the weight of a light baby, it does stay put for the most part, which is a relief.I have noticed that with heavier weights or rougher tub textures, it may slide around more than I’d like. This is something to keep in mind for those with active toddlers or heavier individuals using the tub.On the plus side, the mat is made of thick, soft silicone that provides cushioning and comfort. It’s easy to clean and maintain, which is a big plus in a busy household. The neutral gray color is also a welcome change from the usual bright baby colors, blending nicely with my bathroom decor.Overall, while it may not be perfect for all tub types, this bath mat offers comfort, easy maintenance, and a stylish design that fits well with my bathroom aesthetics.

Love this mat!!!! Hoping it lasts!
This is my 3rd baby/child mat for our tub. Hoping this is our last one! I like this brand. The mat is durable, thick, it sticks to the tub well and never moves. I like the material b/c if my little guy pees before we start his bath, it doesn’t seem to stain this mat. Some mats in the past have absorbed urine and created yellowish stains. After awhile it looks gross and I toss them. Avoid super soft mats bc they absorb the urine! So far this is my favorite mat.I will say that when I first opened the packaging, there was a very very strong “plastic” odor coming from this mat. :-/I washed it in soap and hot water before using it. The smell lingered for weeks, unfortunately. It is gone now but it was a very strong scent. My son never had any skin irritations from it. Not sure how I feel about that smell. It’s always alarming when you smell that toxic smell. Other than that, it’s a great mat.

**Update**Suction issue was definitely a tub problem as after moving it sticks great to a different tub material. (I think it was fiberglass?)We’ve added an extra shower curtain rod in our shower to hang the mat over when not in use that does help it from getting gross. However, it does still periodically need to be deep cleaned to get the grime off. (individually scrubbing each suction and groove on the back).————–Suction cups don’t stick well even after I try to press each one down individually. Also make sure you’re drying it out cause it can get gross. We don’t usually leave it on the tub floor, but it gets gross if we don’t take it out of the bath right away. It does technically do the job of our toddler not slipping and falling, but as she’s getting more active in the bathtub I can tell I already need to look for a better option. Maybe I got a dud? When we first got it I felt like it did take a long time to lay flat in the bath after shipping rolled up.

UPDATE: 9 months of usageAfter almost a year of using this bath mat, it’s still mold free!! I hang it after each bath and so far the mat still looks brand new!———————I love this bath mat! The quality is fantastic and it provides enough stability and comfort to my baby.The texture is deep enough to give a decent amount of comfort and cushioning (I added a closeup with some water in it so you can have an idea of how deep this is).To avoid mold, I hang it right after use to let it dry. The holes in it allow airflow and that is perfect to avoid mold. So far it’s been perfectly clean but I’ll post an update in a few months of use.Pros:Decent suction, pretty design, comfortable.Cons:It has a very strong smell when you first open it – But that can be fixed by letting it air for at least 24 hours before using it and washing it afterward, before the first use. I did this and I don’t smell anything now.I strongly recommend this if you are looking to transitioning your baby to the big tub!

was a little smaller than I was expecting, but that’s on me. I should’ve measured my tub. It does not budge when you click it all into place. It lays pretty flat, but there are some points that can come up and be kind of bubbly, but it’s OK, my toddler has never slipped. very durable.

AMAZING bath mat! It’s a little tricky to initially stick onto your tub, but once it’s on there it’s good. This bath mat is very non-slip! My one year old is able to crawl around and stand up on the tub very easily without any slipping. I feel so much more comfortable giving her a bath in the big tub now that we have this.
