Amazing little sucker!
This little sucker really is worth the hype! It did a great job on helping my little one get some much-needed snot out. It has 9 levels of suction, and we generally use a 6 or 7. All the parts are easy to clean. We also ordered safe saline that can be inhaled and works great for that as well. We will be ditching our old one and only using this for now on. Reviews say it all on this one: well worth the hype!

Child doesn’t like blowing their nose? Try this!
Love this! I have a child with sensory issues that doesn’t like the feel of another coming out when they blow so I got this after they had gotten a sinus infection. I absolutely love this aspirator! The different suction levels make it easy to get their nose clean no matter how thick the snot is. It’s not insanely loud and not rough.

machine suction power error
I’m quite disappointed with this product, it seems like it only lasts for about 3 months. The first time I used it for my child, it malfunctioned after less than a week because of a problem with the suction power. They returned it to me and gave me a replacement, which worked perfectly for the first few months. After that, I cleaned it and put it away. Now, my child has a respiratory illness, and when I take it out to use, the screen displays, the music plays, and the lights turn on, but the motor inside doesn’t work or make any sound. I don’t understand why.

Great for Congested Babies
This Momcozy nasal aspirator has been a lifesaver. The mist loosens mucus quickly, and the suction is strong without being harsh. It’s easy to use and easy to clean. Battery life is great and it works way better than the bulb or manual aspirators. Highly recommend for cold season or everyday congestion.

Great machine but instructions could be better
The first time this shipped to us, it was an opened package with no instructions and missing parts. That seriously upset me bc my baby was sick and we desperately needed this, but we refused to use an opened snot sucker without instructions or all the parts. Amazon was so helpful in getting it resolved and overnighted us a brand new one so no harm no foul.The machine works really well. Highly recommend the skinnier nose attachment for babies and toddlers. I tried the bigger one at first and we didn’t get anything. When we switched to the skinny one it was AMAZING how much mucous we got.Four stars instead of five for a few reasons:1) The directions aren’t clear or detailed. It tells you how to assemble it, how to take it apart and clean it, how to charge it etc. but I kind of had to just guess on how to actually use it. The nebulizer part…does that go directly on their face? Do you hold it at a distance and let them just breathe it in? I’ll never know. Also my baby’s face got SUPER red and irritated after using the nebulizer for the recommended 8-10min. He didn’t seem bothered by it but it was alarming. There’s nothing in the directions that mentions possible reactions to the nebulizer or how to handle it. We only had saline in it2) The suction is loud and kind of inconvenient to use late at night or before bed bc it will disturb your baby or toddler out of their sleep3) The suction part works great but the mucous easily travels into the connection hose and can quickly get into the actual machine. It’s happened several times and we have to hurry and shut it off, disassemble, clean it really well, then reassemble and start over. Enormous pain in the middle of the night or when your baby is completely congested and just needs relief. It’s also super difficult, almost impossible, to dry out the connection hose so hopefully it doesn’t grow mold. I don’t see anything in the instructions about that either.Overall tho, it’s a great machine to have on hand before you need it. I would for sure get this for a new mom. It’s something you don’t know you need till you need it!

Amazed
I’m amazed by this product. Maybe its because I haven’t used anything similar that offers pre-moistening, but I was able to get the huge pieces of booger from my baby’s nose in first try. My baby is almost 3 months old and has clogged nose almost every night. Prior to this we used the Frida nose straw to suck out his boogers which works but has always been a traumatic event for him. I decided to get this product bc it offers hospital grade suction. Idk if I’ll ever need to go high in the setting as I was able to get these two pieces out, one from each nostril after I moistened twice and sucked at level 1. 5 seconds, and he didnt even cry. Win!

Great for infants and Toddlers under 2
This nasal aspirator looks nice, but has some really negative downsides. I wouldn’t use this on kid older than 2 years old as it causes nosebleeds. The reason it is causing nosebleeds is because the nasal tip isn’t properly sized. Even though the manual states up to 12 years old, this machine is not designed for ages above 2 years old. Another flaw to note is to use the mist portion it has to be full of nasal saline fluid, which is a lot! So you will be wasting a ton of saline nor does it have a fill line. The best position to use the mist setting is in a laying down position, which is why I recommend this as a better solution for infants under 2 years old still in diaper changing stage. The biggest flaw of this machine is cleaning it is a zero star rating! They need to have included multiple nasal drainage collection containers, so you can clean in between use. Also, because of the design, you also need something like a cup to place the nasal drainage collection cup and saline solution cup in an upright position until you are ready to clean it. I decided to give this one a try after my nosiboo started to kick the bucket (after 6 years) and I regret it. Absolutely returning the momcozy asap and buying the nosiboo again.
