Best cost efficient baby monitor on the market!
Everything about the camera is great! It’s easy to build, functional, and is made out of very sturdy material. The camera has a slim build so it doesn’t take up much space either, which is a plus!! Overall the camera quality is amazing. Even during the night! This product is perfect for mamas trying to find a peace of mind and more cost efficient than the socks I’ve been looking at here on Amazon!! Definitely would recommend!!!

Needs some work for the price and subscription
Continued to be charged for a plan a week after requesting cancelation of that plan and was given then told that month HAD to be paid for I will be filing a charge back with my bank. Do not recommend this product or company. There subscription service requires you to jump through several hoops in hopes you give up on trying to cancel there services. I have documentation showing I requested my services be canceled 5days before renewal I received an email the same day informing me that it was canceled and I would not be charged any further yet I was and am now told I had to pay for the month I will no longer be using there camera or servicesReturning the camera due to many reasons.App is a bit clunky. I like the way it was packaged and shipped. Not a fan of how the camera and subscription allocation works as you seem lose the subscription you pay for if camera needs reset in anyway via the button on the camera. Seems to struggle knowing when my baby is in the crib and not in the crib seems the ai could be better. It does drain the device you’re watching on pretty fast. Loses WiFi connection almost more than it stays connected to WiFi. It seems to be built well just needs a lot of bugs worked out

Amazing quality, so convenient, easiest peace-of-mind!
I never thought I needed an over-the-crib baby camera, but this has been a game changer! It’s SO convenient to have access through the app on my phone rather than keeping a monitor with me like my other one, so I can check on her if I’m not home or if I end up in my toddler’s room in the middle of the night and forget to grab the other monitor! I haven’t needed to do this much, but it’s nice that you can keep the sound on your phone even when you close the app or even lock your phone all together so you can always be listening for them without draining your battery. Also, the info/stats that are tracked and shown on the screen are so useful and bring me peace of mind! The constantly updated breathing rate so I don’t need to go in and check like when she was sick, and highlighting where there is any movement so I can see if she might be waking up. And the camera’s detection is REALLY amazing. For sure one of my other top favorite things is that I will actually get alerts when she has fallen asleep or is waking up (the last camera I had didn’t really send any or was super inconsistent), there have been so many times where it’ll be several minutes after I lay her down and I wonder if she stayed asleep or woke up quietly and right in that moment I get an alert saying “time for some zzzz’s! Looks like Maeve fell asleep” (also just the wording is cute). Last, the actual, physical camera itself is such nice quality and looks so modern/nice! The ONE small issue I’ve had maybe 2 or 3 times is that I’ll go open the app and it says the camera has lost its connection, but it usually resolves itself in a little while without me even doing anything, and again, not often/common at ALL.Overall SO satisfied and happy to have this camera helping me watch over my baby!

Good camera. AI needs serious improvement
It’s a nice camera for the price. It’s pretty clear in the dark and it hooks up to your phone which is great. Wish it did Picture in Picture though. And the AI is super cool problem is it doesn’t work properly. It never picks up when he falls asleep and wakes up. When it does it can be an hour or more later. It does better picking up the breathing rate but it’s not consistent at all. The support chats were helpful when we had connection issues so that’s nice.

Great, affordable monitoring option!
This is a great, affordable option to monitor your baby’s sleep! I’ve been using it for my son for seven months since we moved him to his own room and it’s worked great! The quality is just good enough you can see him breathing on the camera, great for peace of mind! The design is simple and reliable. I would be better if multiple people could have access to the camera which isn’t available on the free version.

Better chance ordering on Temu
This camera is terrible. I have been trying to set it up for FOUR HOURS. I have the correct WiFi & I keep getting error messages, when it does finally decide to load it goes to 9% and stops. On top of that customer service won’t even answer the phone after I’ve called various times. I’m so stressed out and I needed this camera to be set up tonight! I don’t have time to return it and get a new one. It’s delaying all my plans and ruined my entire day.

Easy setup, too many issue
The Luna camera was pretty cheap, so I wasn’t expecting perfection—but I’m still pretty disappointed. Setup was quick and easy, but the design is limiting. It comes on a bendy stick-style mount, but that’s the only part you can adjust. You can’t change the base or reposition it much at all, which makes it hard to get a good angle. It also has frequent connection issues; I’ve had to reset it multiple times just to keep it working. Plus, most features require a subscription. I appreciate the low price, but even at a budget level, I expected a bit more reliability and flexibility

DO NOT BUY. Very disappointed with this monitor!!! First off there is NO notification for no movement detected/no breathing count. You have to have the app open constantly on your phone and be checking it yourself to see the baby’s bpm which who can do that while they are sleeping? Secondly, the camera has a serious lag (about 5mins). Third, the bpm count is only updated about every 4-5mins. Fourth, the set up did not take 10mins as it says on the box, give yourself at least at hour to set up. Fifth, you can only return IF the company approves your return…My wife and I were very hopeful that this could be a solution for monitoring our son who has a medical condition where we need to see if he stops breathing in the night. Though we knew it wasn’t medical grade we did expect however to at least get some sort of notification if he stopped breathing or at least real time if he was crying in the crib. Neither happened. My wife heard the baby crying not from the monitor just from him in the nursery. She went in and took him out of the crib. The monitor showed he was still breathing for a full 5mins AFTER she had already picked him up and was sitting with him in the rocking chair. See the picture of clearly no child in the crib yet there is a bpm. This took 5ish mins to update. Then the camera made weird glitchy crying sounds and so she went out of the app and back in still while holding our son in the chair. When the monitor finally said “no movement detected” it just sat there. No notifications. Nothing. You can see in the picture, the text on the screen is all you get. I really hope we get our return at least on this product. So frustrating as the description said lots of things that are simply just not there and we could’ve put the money we spent on this towards a monitor that actually works.
