Perfect Play Mat If You Don’t Have Carpet
I was hesitant to spend $150 on a play mat, but this one is honestly worth it. It’s perfect if you don’t have carpet because it adds a really soft, cushioned space for things like floor play or tummy time, and it honestly works great as a rug too.The mat is thick, comfortable to sit or lay on, and the color was exactly what I was looking for. It blends into the living room nicely instead of looking like a typical kids’ play mat.I ordered the 79×118 size and it fits our living room perfectly. It also came out of the box and laid completely flat right away, which was a huge plus.Another thing I really like is that it’s vacuum friendly, so it’s easy to keep clean and maintain.Overall this mat is a great option if you want something soft, functional, and nice looking for your space.

Thick & plush for babies/ toddlers GREAT in camping tent. Wrinkles/creases come out over 3 days.
It comes squished down into a tight bundle. When you unwrap it they. give instructions for steaming to make it flat – but we just laid it on the floor and after 3 days it looked flat and smooth and all the wrinkles and creases were gone. the baby LOVED it! Lays down – put the face against the soft material – a nice thick foam for cushioning when she falls over and hits her head there are no tears – I fell asleep on it…- :). This would be a great asset for camping – like a mat to put inside the tent under sleeping bags for an extra layer of cushion and warmth. I love it – would buy again. the size is perfect – the thickness is impressive and better than expected. the no slip backing is appreciated and washable with a damp rag. I haven’t washed it yet – just wiped it down with a damp rage and put it in the sun. The vacuum cleans it nice on the wood floor setting – NOT the carpet setting.

Ok this mat is amazing. The cushioning and thickness is perfect for a baby who is learning to sit, crawl, fall over. Very thick and very soft. Easily wipe able and the measurements are exactly as described. I got the 50×50 and now i wish i had gotten the 65×50 to fit my entire play pen. Don’t have to pad my hardwood floors anymore with random pillows and blankets to stop my baby from falling on her head. It comes Rolled up in a plastic bag , i just left it open overnight and it was Good to go it fluffed up and straightened out. I also fold it every night to put it away And it still straightens out fine everyday.

Quality Play May, worth the investment!
I’ve bought the baby play mat, Beige: 79” x 71” -thickness 1.3”. The thickness is perfect for infants, crawlers, or little explorers. I have 3 children and I’ve always gotten the foam play mats, it doesn’t have as much support or cushion as this play mat. It’s soft enough to where I don’t mind my child learning how to independently play without hurting themselves. This mat isn’t really waterproof if the liquid has sit there for a minute, you have a few seconds to clear off that liquid before it sets in. My 10, 4, and 1 years old approve of this mat, they’ve been complimenting on the mat and have future plans to sleep out in the living room. This is worth the investment.

Optimal comfort to support baby’s development!
Huge fan of this play mat!! Within one week of putting it down, my 5-month-old was rolling smoothly in both directions and learning how to pivot on the floor. He barely tolerated floor time, including tummy time, before, but this mat is so plush, thick and soft, that he seems much more comfortable now. It is easy to clean and the color looks just like the photo. I will say that 50×50 is smaller than it seemed in my head, so consider double-checking the measurements if the size really matters to you, but the fit is great for our small space.

Good thickness and softness for activity
it’s nice and soft without being overly squishy. I wanted to find a balance where I wouldn’t be afraid of my baby girl falling over and getting hurt but not be so soft it would make crawling or walking difficult. It fit the play pen I put it inside almost perfectly. It shows dirt very easily – but I prefer that at this age because anything and everything gets put in babies mouth and it vacuums up easily.

I read a review that says the carpet is easy to wash and the pictures seem to show that the too layer can be taken off. Neither are true. I will need to purchase a machine to clean it or send it to the carpet cleaners.The thickness absorbs some impact for the baby when she falls backwards but not completely. Baby will still feel some pain.The carpet is soft and my baby likes it.If I have a way to clean the carpet easily I would have given this 5 stars.
