Eilitowes Cabinet Furniture Straps 24-Pack Heavy Duty Anti-TipI installed these straps on cabinets and furniture to add extra safety in a busy household. Installation was straightforward using basic tools. The straps felt strong and held items securely once tightened. I liked having multiple pieces to cover different areas. They did not interfere with normal use of cabinets. After installation, everything felt more stable. These provided added peace of mind and worked well for childproofing.

A good solution if the screws are driven into studs but avoid using these anchors with sheetrock.
The straps and the mounts are strong for this application, and the supplied screws are of good quality. However, the wall anchors, if used with sheetrock, would be “the weak link in the chain.” If, for some reason, it is impossible to screw the provided mounts into wall studs, it’s far better to span studs with a bridge board and drive screws into the wall studs through the bridge board, and then mount this kit to the bridge board. This bridge board mounting method is far stronger (and far safer) than depending on this type of anchor installed in flimsy sheetrock.
