Great for back stretching and relief, good value
These work really well for stretching out my back and helping with lower back and lumbar pain from sitting at a desk all day. You can get a solid stretch and some pressure where you need it without it feeling unstable.The build quality is good with no issues. Everything feels sturdy and well made.The price is also much more reasonable compared to the big name brand versions, which makes this an easy pick.Overall, simple but effective, and a good value.

beats the brand name on value by a mile
I’d looked at these under the brand name but the combination packs just seemed silly.These, however, make it super easy and cost effective.They are high quality plastic with a nice soft, grippy rubber surface which makes rolling easy and comfortable.The size is surprisingly comfortable. After years of foam rolling, I didn’t consider that the larger surface area and more gentle angle is really nice for gentle stretching and far less pressure than the smaller ones.Having the multiple options is a great way to work down from a relaxing stretch to focusing on problem areas.They nest nicely inside each other to save space.ONLY complaints is that the large ones are a little narrower than I would like, so you can turn them slightly and roll off center if you’re not careful.overall — great addition to the back/neck stretch for anyone over 30 🙂

Hard and painful so can’t use them. They need some flexibility in order to be useful for back stretching. Want to return but seems I missed the return window..

Wanted the Chirp wheels but… so expensive. Read other reviews and decided to get this one. It’s pretty good. Doesn’t “crack my back” but I get a great stretch. For the price I would say it was worth it

Decent helps upper back great
Works good for mid to upper back but not for my neck which is what I mostly wanted them for. Took a few tries to figure out how to use them without falling over.

These back rollers are fantastic to use if you have a tight and achy back, if you aren’t used to these or have never used them before the first time you use them they will have a chance to bruise your skin but it is worth it because you will slowly get used to these, the cracks that these back rollers can make your spine have are intense and feels truly amazing, I personally workout a lot and do get tight back muscles and a sore lower back but after using these day and night for a couple minutes each time it has truly relieved my back. It is also great to use the largest roller and rolling it all the way down to your lower back/butt area and you hang your legs over one end and your torso over the rest, this will stretch out your hip flexors which can get very tight from sitting! Overall very happy with these back rollers, build quality is TOUGH and the foam is very nice but not TOO soft its just right!

This is a great set of foam rollers. In the photos I have placed a regular size foam roller to compare the width. The outer black layer is softer and spongier than the traditional foam roller, so a little more comfortable to use. As it is narrower, you need to use your core muscles to keep balance, so it is a bit of a workout as well when using the largest size. The variety of diameters is great to use for different areas. I like the small one for my lower back tension, as well as my feet. They seem very sturdy and durable.
