Great for Tennis Elbow Relief
This flex bar is easy to use and really helps with tennis elbow. After a few weeks of simple exercises, I noticed less pain and better grip strength. It’s sturdy, has a good grip, and is perfect for home rehab. Definitely worth trying!

Exactly as described and used in therapy
Enables me to continue therapy at home but I wish I had saved my money and asked the insurance to cover because apparently they will cover things like that. I was focused solely on improvement so I jumped at the chance of getting these when I seen them on sale so I could not only continue to improve therapy at home because these have helped me grow stronger. Each color is a different weight. They work well. Being new they are more challenging to do my exercises on than the ones at the therapy office but thats not necessarily a bad thing. I just went down a level and did them a little more often until I broke that level in then I moved up. It improved everything when I was in therapy and allowed them to focus on other things and progressing my therapy. I am using them for a complete shoulder and arm reconstruction type injury but I have noticed using them when the tennis elbow in my other arm is acting up that it actually helps address that. That was something I was trying to address in different ways when I discovered this it was completely inadvertent so added benefit that I was not expecting. It actually decreased the pain which didn’t make much sense to me but any pain relief is very much welcome!

Excellent product for tennis or golfers elbow!
I purchased this product in lieu of a more expensive โname brandโ after trying out a physical therapist friend of mineโs resistance bar. This was priced better and I love the detailed instructions it came with. The quality also seems excellent. Although I do not suffer from tennis or golf elbow, I preemptively bought this exercise tool as I play a lot of pickleball and want to keep the musculature in my arms and hands strong and my joints safe. I use this product almost daily for best results and it only takes a few minutes a day to get through all the exercises. I purchased the strongest resistance, however, I purchased another for a friend of mine in a softer resistance who suffers from occasional tendonitis, particularly in his hand and wrist. The exercises we can do with this resistance bar helps strengthen our arms from our elbows all the way down through our hands. Iโve even noticed an increase in grip and hand strength. This is a must have for athletes using a lot of hand dexterity or those who play any racquet sports. This product comes HIGHLY recommended!!

Great for strengthening forearms
Works well:I injured my wrist due to my forearms being weak. My PT recommended I buy these to strengthen my forearm. These are very durable and do what they’re supposed to. My fiance uses them for his forearms as well.ย

I can’t believe these worked
I got desperate to heal my right elbow. It was so bad I could hardly curl a 20 pound weight in my hand.I literally had a 40 pound in my left and a 20 in my right LOL. This went on for such a long time I lost track. Must have been 4 to 6 months. I finally turned to Amazon to see if anything existed to rehab my elbow and came across these. After 1 week of use I saw a huge improvement. After 2 weeks I felt fantastic!All the sudden my weight is going up in my right hand. I was able to bump up to 30 and weeks after I’m curling their odd 42.5 pound dumbbells with zero pain.I purchased these months ago and haven’t used them since. They did their job, and my elbow has been great. Could it be possible that after being in pain for almost 6 months it just finally healed. Maybe. But I doubt it. It would be 1 heck of a coincidence that all the sudden after using these I saw a major improvement.Personally I feel these had everything to do with my recovery.
