Genuinely helpful
I pumped for a year and recently decided to stop. I didn’t realize how upset my body would be about that especially since my supply had started to dwindle.This cream made a BIG difference. Two days ago I woke up before my alarm because of the pain. I wound up having to pump just to relieve pressure.After applying last night, the pain was reduced to discomfort. After applying this morning, the discomfort is down to some tenderness when pressed. I didn’t feel the need to pump to prevent injury. And I haven’t thought about my breasts while moving through my regular routine today.With how effective it’s been for me, I would hesitate to recommend it to parents planning to continue breastfeeding. But for parents looking to dry up, this is a big help.Update:Applied liberally twice a day everyday for a week, and I’m completely dry and wasn’t in pain for the vast majority of that. This cream worked!

Should have bought sooner!
This cream most definitely helped with soreness and discomfort and swelling/engorgement. I should have bought this sooner rather than actual cabbage. I hate the smell of wilted cabbage leaves. This cream definitely does not make me smell like cabbage even though it has cabbage in there. Would recommend to all mommas that are not breastfeeding like me.

Doesn’t work
Clog got worse when using it and still felt pains, alot of pain. Applied for 2 days. I guess it is a good moisturizer. Maybe will work if you have mild tiny clogs and mild pain? But not existing painful bigger ones for sure.

Great engorgement assistant
This is 1000% better than applying cabbage leaves in your bra when your milk comes in. I hate nothing more than soggy cabbage leaves and truly wish I’d discovered this stuff with my first instead of my third. I am breastfeeding but engorgement the first few weeks is always so exhausting and emotionally tumultuous, so I was ecstatic to get some relief from frequent use of this product. I like that it’s safe to use even with a breastfeeding baby and (along with ice packs) provided some rapid relief for my engorgement. My nipples were also raw and in pain and this also provided comfort, similar to other earth mama products I’ve tried, with the added benefit of helping with enforcement. The price is reasonable for this safe and high quality item, I’m very pleased overall and would recommend it to any new mom suffering with engorgement.
