This is fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. Great purchase decision. No regrets. I love this thing. Not only does it do what it should (keep mugs warm), it has so many temp choices (120-180F in 10F increments) that it’s super versatile. I use it to melt chocolate, heat cheese dip or other small bowls of food, and anything I can think of. I don’t use a microwave so very small amounts can be a pain to heat, but with this it’s super simple. Just keep in mind that it will heat food slowly like a hotplate, not quickly like a stove. If you put something on it that’s already warm, it will stay warm for as long as you want. This thing stays on for…I think 12 hours? 8 hours? I can’t remember but longer than anyone reasonably needs a mug warmer to stay on. Then it turns off automatically so it doesn’t burn the house down if you forget about it. You can program it at night to turn on in the morning if that’s your schtick. It’s one of the better priced mug warmers out there, and it does way more than most. Plus it’s very low profile and streamlined, not bulky at all.If it matters to you, it does plug into AC power (regular US wall plug), not USB, so bear that in mind. You’ll need a nearby outlet because it won’t plug into your laptop or anything. If that’s not important to you, then this is one you want because it’s perfect in every other way.

Great warmer but missing items
First I want to say that I love this coffee warmer. I found that it works great to use to keep chocolate warm for dipping. However, I’m giving it one star because the 3rd one I bought was used and missing the silicon mat, paperwork with the safety instructions and the plug cap. Amazon if you’re going to send items that have been returned: 1. Make sure it is in working order, 2. Make sure everything is included in the box and 3. Maybe not charge FULL price for returned items. Unfortunately I was not able to return it because when I opened it, it was past the return date.

Doesn’t work with regular cups but excellent customer service.
Company has excellent customer service. This heater works but doesn’t really heat or even warm a normal cup. That is the fundamental problem with this type of cup heater, it requires a specially designed cup. I’ve tried just about every coffee cup we have and none of them work with this heater so I’m going to probably buy a special cup.

It works great, has several preset temps but the only complaint I have is the cord is shorter than previous cup warmers I have owned making things a little impractical without an extension cord which I would prefer not needing.

Happy with my purchase
Keeps your coffee nice and hot or even a bowl of oatmeal. There are several temp settings. I just started to use the candle setting to use the last scent of a favorite candle after wick has burned away. The only thing I don’t like is the sensitive touch screen that could potentially cause a problem in accidentally turning it on.
