What is the voltage of this coffee mug warmer?
The coffee mug warmer of ikago is 110~230V. The product itself is marked with 120V, which is for U.S. standard use. The optimal voltage range for use is 110-130V and 220-230V. Using the warmer outside of these voltage ranges may affect heating power.
How is it heated? Can the cup heat itself?
Our product is a mug warmer, which means the pad beneath the cup is the one that generates heat, not the cup itself. The cup cannot heat up on its own.
Can I use another cup for heating?
Avoid glass & plastic cups on heating pad. Stainless steel cups may alter temp readings. Ceramic cups work, but heating rates vary. For optimal performance, we recommend ikago ceramic cup for superior heating speed. Experience the ikago difference!
What if I forget to turn off the coffee mat on my way out the door?

I usually wait after six months before I review. That way I know how the product works. I’ve used this warmer for well over six months every single day and I can honestly say this is the best coffee warmer I have ever had. It works perfectly every single day. I’ve never had any troubles with it, and it keeps the coffee exact temperature that I want. The structure is really solid. The design is perfect and the coffee cup, and spoon that they give you seems to me to be an expensive coffee cup. I bought a second one for my bedroom. If I could give this more than five stars I would.

This mug is amazing love everything about it! It’s a great gift for the person that has everything! As described, sleek design, easy to use. Hot coffee all day
Would absolutely buy again, German made (if thay matters to you) and its a little work horse, have literally bought 2, one for each desk in the house and they keep the coffee hot for hours. The mug thay comes with it is the perfect size and works great on the heated pad (its ok with other mugs but works best with the one that comes with it). I can honestly say this is the best heating pad on the market and I’ve been though quite a few (dont get me started in the self heating mugs…looking at you ember). The infrared heat read is pretty accurate and is a nice touch.

This ikago coffee warmer is smart, reliable, and good looking. It operates exactly as described, directions are easy to follow. No more reheatings in the microwave. I wish I had this a long time ago. My own cups work great on the base, too. There is nothing negative to share, it is gift giving worthy.

Works great , coffee or what ever you wish to keep hot. Easy operation. NOT SMALL CHILD SAFE, in my opinion hot surface would burn even after hot warning light goes out. I have no small children any more and I love it

Lid needs some thought and improvements
This is a very nice coffee warmer that works well. 135 degrees Fahrenheit is perfect for me. It also has a ceramic lid that does an excellent job of holding in the heat. My only problem is however with the lid. It is an accident waiting to happen because it has no knob to make it easy to remove and replace. Instead I am having to grab a hot ceramic lid with 4 fingers at the perimeter of a hot ceramic cup. Additionally, there is considerable 135 degree Fahrenheit condensation that collects on the inside of the lid that when removed runs through the spoon cutout on to the warming element, or digital screen or table as I hurriedly try to find a place to put the hot, dripping lid. There is no other way to remove the lid. I cannot imagine the problems it would cause at 150 or 175 degrees. The outside surface of the lid is slippery and hard to hold at any time, especially when hot and wet. At some point the lid is going to be dropped and broken. A small heatproof knob would solve the problems. Perhaps this is just a marketing strategy to sell a replacement cup, w/lid, which ikago also offers. Still I like the warmer & cup. I just wish the lid was more functional.

السخان يجي معه كوب سيراميك وغطاء للكوب وملعقة تحريك .عليه شاشة توريك حرارة الكوب الحالي والحرارة المستهدفة حسب اختيارك .السخان يفصل تلقائيا اول ما يوصل للحرارة المستهدفة وله زر اغلاق وتشغيل على الجانب .جودة التصنيع عالية ويتعبر افضل خيار ممكن تاخذه .سريع فالتسخين مع ان استهلاكه قليل 75 واط واعلى حرارة يقدر يوصل لها 80 درجة .العيوب :السخان ما يقبل الا اكواب او برادات السيراميك يعني ما تقدر تحط قزاز او معدني ستينلس ستيل لان قراءة الحرارة بتختلف وما تكون صحيحة .المقبس امريكي حسب البائع امازون الامريكي وما تقدر للاسف تغير السلك لنوع بريطاني .
