I had been wanting to get a mug warmer because I kept having to reheat my coffee in the morning which was really annoying when I was getting ready for work. I like really hot coffee, and it starts getting too lukewarm every 5 minutes. When I had looked at mug warmers previously there was a reviewer saying it didn’t keep her coffee hot enough, and with some of them, you have to use the mug that comes with it. What about all the mugs I already have that I like? Then I saw this one a couple of days ago and I thought that with three heat settings, maybe the hottest one would be hot enough. Plus you can use your own mug. I decided to try it, and I’m so glad I did. I’ve only just used it this morning for the first time and my coffee stayed hot all the way down to the bottom of the cup. It seems to be of good quality, it’s not too big and obtrusive, especially in black. It comes with a well-fitting, nice cover for the heating plate when you’re not using it. It also has a timer, but I’m not sure why you would need it. I turned it on just as soon as I first put the mug on it, so it doesn’t seem to need time to warm up. Worth the money.

Do not trust this item to turn off!
Unsafe. Could have caused a fire. After only six weeks of light usage the indicator light turned off but it stayed hot for 4 days. I burned myself touching it. I do not recommend this firehazard piece of junk. And now since i am 3 weeks past the return date they won’t take it back. Shame on them and Amazon for selling such a dangerous piece of junk.

warms up fast! keeps my coffee warm for hours (im a slow drinker). the on and off button is a firm push so it wont turn on/ off on accident! theres a bright blue light that indicates that its on! doesnt have a burning smell! the build is small and has a long cord! its decent for a desk!update: only last 7 months! 🙁 i need to order a new one now! i loved it while it lasted.

Warmer is ok….but it doesnt come with any sort of cup so be mindful of that….also be aware its plug in only and doesnt use batteries so it will be needed to place in a stationary place….as it is an item that heats for safety reasons you want to keep it clear from anything that could melt or catch fire or even be touched or turned over in the event of an accident.

The design is sleek and the large surface area is great for different mug sizes. It even has two temperature settings (blue light for 104–122°F and red light for 122–140°F), which sounds ideal.Unfortunately, it just didn’t deliver where it counts — keeping coffee hot. Both temperature settings barely warmed my mug, and definitely not enough to keep the drink hot for any decent length of time. If you’re hoping this will bring your coffee back to a nice warm sip — it won’t.🚨 Biggest issue? The bottom gets extremely hot.While you’d expect the top to be warm, the base that sits on your countertop or bedside table gets hot enough to be concerning — especially if you have kids, pets, or a surface that could be damaged by heat. Der Tassenwärmer ist schick, schön flach und simpel zu bedienen. Es lassen sich zwei Temperaturstufen über einen kapazitiven Knopf einstellen. Die Beleuchtung signalisiert, ob momentan das Getränk auf 40-50 rot oder 50-60 Grad blau gehalten wird. Das Gerät schaltet sich nach 8 Stunden automatisch ab. Die Glasoberfläche lässt sich leicht reinigen. Auf der roten Stufe verbraucht das Gerät nach meiner Messung ca. 15 Watt. Das deckt sich mit der Angabe auf der Geräteunterseite von 18 Watt.Ich benutze nur die rote Temperaturstufe und meine Getränke werden während dem Arbeiten wenn ich mal vertieft bin nicht mehr kalt. Mit der Anschaffung bin ich sehr zufrieden.

This ist a really nice gadget to keep your drink warm.Not hot.Please keep in mind this item does not heat your cold drink up.Your former hot baverage will stay light warm.My personal preferences is to drink my tea very hot….but a lot of people like it more light warm….for those it is a good bought .
