Love this seat and functionality
We love this car seat. People are complaining about the recline but we have no issues with that or the seat itself. I drive a Toyota sienna and it fits wonderfully in it. My child is forward facing in it and doesn’t mind the recline either. It’s easy to use. It took a minute to figure out install compared to other britax clicktight seats, but then once installed all was well. I’m happy with the purchase and recommend to all my friends!

Disappointed
10/10 do NOT recommend.I’ve never been this disappointed in a Britax car seat, especially because I was so excited for this new version. It took me nearly 3 hours to install it “correctly,” and even then, it still doesn’t feel right.I have a Honda Odyssey, and the back of the car seat presses into my driver’s seat. To get it level, it has to be fully reclined, which leaves me with basically no room to sit comfortably.The strap tightening mechanism is also really difficult to adjust. I can’t imagine how frustrating that will be once there are crumbs or everyday mess in the seat.The fabric doesn’t seem like it will hold up over time either. For the price, it’s just not worth it.Really disappointed. Back in the box it goes

Recline is awful
We love Britax and have waited for this seat for a very long time. The disappointment was so real. The fact that you cannot adjust the recline in rear facing is wild. My almost 2 year old cannot even reach the cupholders because the recline is so deep. It’s truly like an infant bucket seat. That also being said the recline is so deep that you can’t move the drivers seat back all the way. The turn is not easy either and not smooth. I had such high hopes but am so disappointed. Will be returning.

The Recline is Frustrating
This seat has had some major backlash. Let’s discuss (from a former CPST now mom).Things I love: the pebble color, it’s gorgeous (Amazon exclusive). The easy turn and easy to access handles to turn the seat. We also have an evenflo 360 and the Britax is MUCH easier to turn. The harness straps are also better and don’t tangle as much compared to our evenflo 360. The seat is slim and looks very appealing and high end. The installation was seamless, and the pistons are nice when installing it. Installation is a BREEZE. The click tight system can never go wrong. I also really like the harness pads because they’re the perfect size. I wanted a car seat that didn’t have a magnetic chest clip either, and this seat has just a regular chest clip.Things I hate: the seat will NOT STOP clicking, even when it says it is locked. This happens when my daughter is in it and when she’s not. I know these 360 seats can tend to make noise, so I will be consulting Britax to ensure all is good. Now let’s talk about the recline. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee which has deep vehicle seats, so to install this car seat I have to have the base footing kicked all the way out (this is how they say the seat reclines by the way). That is not a true recline for the seat. The lack of recline adjustment is what makes this seat not compatible for most families.The way it is currently in my vehicle, my spouse still has enough comfortable room to sit in the front passenger seat. If you have a baby that is on the smaller side who doesn’t mind sitting at a deep recline, then you probably won’t have any issues with this seat (you might actually really enjoy it). My daughter is 1 and on the smaller side, and doesn’t seem to mind this seat at all. I worry about when she gets bigger how this seat will work for us then. This seat should be purchased only if you feel your child wouldn’t mind the recline. Mine currently has no issue with it at all.

Worth the money!
Transitioned from infant car seat to this one & my 14 month old loves it. He used to fuss every time I put him in his old car seat & he doesn’t do that with this one. Looks very comfortable & I love the 360 turn ability. It is a bit heavy but installation was easy. I bought this off a CPST’s recommendation & I don’t regret it!

No recline option!
It’s a beautiful and comfortable car seat, but Britax missed the mark with not being able to adjust the recline in rear facing mode. It’s basically a giant infant seat. Returned it and bought a cybex. My son is much happier sitting upright!

Does not work for a toddler!
Britax dropped the ball with this one. I ordered this for my special needs 3.5yr old she 38″ 40lbs I was trying to find an option that rearfaced to 50lbs. I trued to install this in our 03 suburban. In order for my daughter to ride rearfacing I had to have the front passenger seat all the way forward to were no one else could sit there. That wasn’t even with the carseat head rest all the way up! There is no way this will work for a toddler.

Do not recommend
A huge disappointment! I was so excited for this car seat to come out. But the recline is extreme in the rear facing position, and the latch to swivel the car seat feels very cheap and flimsy. The rotation is not as smooth as advertised. The head rest is poorly padded when you remove the infant insert. I think britax missed the mark on this one.
