Cats Love This Thing
I don’t know if this is something a baby would like, but my cats absolutely love this thing! I bought the one with the sea creatures. The material is nice and it appears to not have anything that could come off and become a choking hazard. There are Velcro tabs on the outside that hold it in its “ball-pit” position that are stiff and could possibly be a hazard to a baby. If you’re looking for something to contain a baby this will not work as it is soft sided and a baby could just roll right out of it. As a toy for my cats, it was worth the cost.

It is a good quality play mat and a good enough size for a baby. Once they start rolling it may be small and would not need the poles with hanging objects. Except the poles every thing is machine washable. Mat has a good thickness to it. I just wished the hangable toys would be a bit holdable for babies who is just starting to hold or grab things.
