Long and Sturdy
They work great for what I need. We didn’t try the adhesive, since we decided to just use screws. Size six half-inch screws worked perfectly. They didn’t take long at all to install. We also didn’t need to use the plastic piece they provided to catch the hook, since with our cupboards, the hook could catch on the edge of the inside. But these are strong and long enough. The design is good. They move smoothly on their hinge. I believe they will prove durable. They came at a very reasonable price. And most importantly, our cupboards are safe. Out baby can’t get in the cupboards, but we can without having to carry a magnet.

I bought these because my cat has been trying to break into my cabinets.Nothing like listening to the cabinet doors banging at 02:00 in the morning.One caveat – if you are renting – use the small screws that come with these. The glue pads are STRONG and difficult to remove. I found out the hard way.Since they are on the inside of the doors, when you remove them, the holes will not be noticed.

I should have measured first cause they are kind of big. it sticks great and still is sticking. easy to put on and use. just kind of tough and big.

Keeps my toddler out of the cabinets
Bought these again. Used them when we lived at my parents house and bought them again for our new home. Super easy to use, effective and works immediately, so make sure you’re in the right spot. It can take some paint off if you remove it. But it’s on the inside of the door so you decide what’s more important, keeping your toddler from opening every cabinet in the house or possibility of losing a little paint on the inside when you decide to take it off. Anyways, I like them, and it’s worth it to me.

The child locks look like they are durable and work. Each lock is two pieces but I only had to use the main locks. The bad review is due to it missing 1 lock set and 1 lock set had been used, the sticky part was bad.
