Great family thermometer
We needed a thermometer in a pinch, and ordered this brand. I really like how fast you get a temperature. This device is durable, easy to use, and turns itself off automatically, which conserves battery life. This comes with a cute carrying case which I thought was a bonus. The screen is also easy to read for day or night time.

This infrared thermometer is super handy for quick checks, especially with kids who don’t want an oral/ear thermometer. It reads in about a second, the backlit display is easy to see at night, and silent mode is a big plus when someone’s sleeping. The color-coded ring is helpful for a quick “normal vs. fever” glance, and the extra modes (object/room) are nice for checking bottle temp or a room without grabbing another device. It also includes a pouch and AAA batteries, which I appreciated.Accuracy is generally good, but it’s sensitive to distance/angle—if you’re not consistent, readings can vary a bit. I get the most reliable results by holding it at the same distance each time and taking 2–3 readings. For anything borderline, I still double-check with a standard thermometer.Overall: great for fast screening and daily use, with a small learning curve for consistent readings.
