Updated review to give stars. The customer service is EXCELLENT! I had a tough time with getting the correct fit and contacted customer service. They helped me figure out and fix how I was wearing the carrier. With a few adjustments the carrier fits great and I can hardly feel the weight of the baby. I am petite and was told to only put the waist belt through ONE loop on the lumbar support so I could wear it around my natural waist and it worked like a charm.If you’re having problems adjusting the seat to the narrow seat as I had…I’ve attached pictures of what I did and you can always Google “Lillebaby panel loop” and I believe the 2nd link is what I clicked and this is a bit of what I got: “HOW DO I SWITCH MY CARRIER TO THE NARROW SEAT SETTING?In order to adjust your LÍLLÉbaby carrier to the narrow setting, complete the following steps:Remove the lumbar support from the waist belt webbing.Unsnap the two cotton fabric loops that encircle the waist belt of the carrier. The snaps are located on the front of the waist belt, just below the seat.Slide the loops off of the waist belt.Fold the loops toward the inside of the carrier, where they will be hidden beneath baby’s bottom, and secure them with the snap located on the right hand side of the carrier (when the carrier is being worn). If you cannot see this snap, it’s likely you have the wrong flap on top – switch them around!Replace lumbar support, and carry on!”****************************************************So far so good just got it today and it was easy to get it together and fitted for my body. It’s comfortable and doesn’t let me slouch. I have the Moby, Ergo 360, a Baby Bjorn, and a handful of Infantino wraps my husband prefers.I didn’t have a problem getting into the wrap I’m also decently flexible so I could get the strap in the back easily. I find the lumbar support to be nice because I have 3 blown disc in the lumbar area and I am 6-1 which sucks for my back. I don’t feel like the shoulders are as comfortable and padded as I would like them but they are certainly padded and help alleviate pressure from carrying a big ol baby.I thought the carrier had a slight smell to it but my husband says he can’t smell anything.I sort of think the baby sits too wide but so far no complaints from the little one. I also feel like the clips for headrest are awkward and I had a hard time with the baby in the carrier clipping them.I give this four stars because I feel like the baby sits a little too wide and I would like the ability to adjust that a bit more.

This carrier has it all – perfect
I had the original Ergo with my first baby and it worked fine for us. Honestly, I didn’t baby wear much with the first. So when I brought it out of storage for baby number two I didn’t even think about the possibility that he wouldn’t like it…but he didn’t. This time around I found myself in more and more situations where I had to wear the baby while chasing/following/corralling a two year old so I definitely needed something. Anytime I put him in the Ergo carrier he would fuss & cry usually until I took him out. I started to panic, we had a Disneyland trip coming up and I needed something to wear him in during standing in lines & around the park. I didn’t want an unhappy & uncomfortable baby the whole time while in Disneyland so I did a ton of research and it came down to a couple carriers but in the end I chose the Lillebaby…why did I choose the Lillebaby? A few things…I LOVED the pocket on the Ergo. It was so useful for holding a pacifier, a credit card, my phone, a burp cloth, etc. and the Lillebaby has a pocket on the front as well which is the perfect size and easily accessible. I also loved the head support that you can flip up for when the baby falls asleep. My baby was 5 months old when I finally purchased the Lillebaby so he had good head control, but it still is super handy when he falls asleep I can just clip it up and his head won’t flop back when I’m walking or bending. What really sold me on the Lillebaby was the fact that I could make the seat narrow or use the wide seat. I had a feeling my baby needed a more narrow seat for his legs and hips to be comfortable & I believe that’s what makes it more comfortable for him. I’ve only had the Lillebaby for about a week now but we’ve used it almost every day and it’s baby approved! He is SO much more comfortable & happy in it & has even fallen asleep in it every time we’ve used it. A couple other bonuses are the lumbar support (which is removable) but it feels like a dream wearing it and also the option of baby facing outward. The Lillebaby also has a wonderful hood to shade his/her head or to offer some cover when breastfeeding. The Lillebaby carrier is easy for me to put on, the straps are super easy to adjust and for some reason the back neck clip is a lot easier for me to reach/buckle than the one on my Ergo (which I do have on the highest setting). I’m 5’2″ and this carrier fits me great & also works great on my 6′ husband.It was hard making the decision to buy another carrier purely on the hopes that my baby would like it but I am so glad I did and I am so glad I went with the Lillebaby. Every person & baby is different but Lillebaby is definitely what works for my baby & I. This is one of my favorite baby gear purchases thus far.

I love this carrier! I did so much research comparing it against the Ergo 360 and the Lillebaby won be over.I love the lumbar support on the back. I have taken it off sometimes and it still feels good but not as good.I love that the straps can crisscross (although I haven’t used it much).I can get it on so quickly, the straps are already set to me so all I have to do its buckle in two clips. But it is still easily adjustable for my husband.I love that you can tighten the straps pulling on either end, so its easy for front carry and back carry.My baby is older now but I love that I won’t have to buy and infant insert for the next baby.My baby loves being in this, I wear it multiple times a day. We went on a small hike and she fell asleep in it so we just put the head support up and it shaded her well.The only thing I don’t love with the all seasons is that you lose the pocket when you roll down the panel. And there are so many straps, since you can pull on either direction, but you can roll them up into an elastic band that is on the end of the strap so they aren’t all dangling.I would definitely buy this again.

Busqué y busqué mochilas ergonómicas y mi pediatra me recomendó esta mochila, claro que por su precio lo pensé muchísimo pero cuando me decidí woooooooooooooooooooooow mi gorda tiene casi 1 año 2 meses y lo uso demasiado, excelente herramienta porque a sus 10 kilos créanme que si distribuye el peso y ni sientes que cargas.

I read a tonne of reviews before purchasing, and this seemed like a hands down winner! Very happy with my decision and highly recommend. Supportive for baby and caregiver, easily adjustable, nicely padded straps that can be crossed into an X if you like, subtle pocket, easy to unzip to switch to 3d mesh (great for temperamental Ontario weather!). With visual guide and YouTube videos galore kicking around, easy to learn how to adjust. Baby loves it, is instantly calmed in it, and often falls asleep in it (easy to use head support so baby can sleep and you can still be hands-free!). Absolutely love it and dreaming of all the other pretty patterns!
