This set of three 32-inch floating bookshelves is a fantastic addition to my child’s room. The quality is great, and I was impressed by how easy they were to put together and hang. The natural wood look is beautiful; it keeps the room feeling neutral, clean, and organized.These shelves are incredibly versatile. While they are perfect for books, they can also be installed “upside down” to act as a small display shelf with a built-in rail to hang dress-up clothes!The biggest win, however, has been the impact on my daughter’s reading habits. Great shelves, just use work gloves to assemble
Beautiful shelves, great length, great price, good quality. My only frustration is that the screws require a tiny allen wrench (provided) and it’s such a pain-in-the-hand for assembly. I had to wear leather work gloves just so I wouldn’t tear up my skin from tightening all the screws. I wish it was a regular Philips head so I could use a screwdriver. That’s my only complaint.For anyone wondering, I hung them 11 inches apart. Start with the bottom shelf and go from there.

Great value and easy assembly
Really high quality raw pine wood shelves. Intelligently designed to flat pack and assemble easily. Will be adding some wood putty, primer, and paint and hanging in a child’s room. Very happy with this purchase and the value.Note, unlike others I saw the beads are on a wooden dowel, so this actually seams reasonably sturdy and unlikely to result in “saggy beads” which I saw in photos of other similarly designed shelves.

Very cute, could be better
These are super cute shelves, I love the look of them. They will work for some books and light items, but if your kids pull on them I think they would break. The dowels with the beads would definitely snap if pulled on hard or climbed on – so not baby proof if low down.I can’t figure out why items like this have the bracket spacing not set to standard stud distances. If they had a typical bracket on the back, they could easily make this shelf 32.5 inches so that it could be easily hung on studs 32 inches apart. how they have the brackets coming to the inside a little bit they would need to make the shelf a couple inches longer so about 34 inches so you could easily put this into studs. Of course you can use drywall anchors, but that’s less secure and makes a bigger hole. I ended up buying some half-inch birch plywood and made a back for these, which I attached with skinny screws and then drove it into studs through the back.I would buy them again, but I do think the price is maybe a bit high for what you’re getting. I would pay more for some that had thicker wood, maybe not the split halfway in the long piece that you Tetris together, and maybe a metal rod for the beads.
