Bought it for the second time
We already had one camera and bought another one to leave it at my mom’s! We love the quality. The only issue we had is the monitor going bad. We have bought 2 monitors in less than 3 years.

Charging port shorts out
I enjoyed this for a little over a year now and it’s been amazing! My ONLY issue is it is no longer able to be used bc the charging port has a short all of a sudden and the monitor will not charge anymore. I wouldn’t buy this one if you are looking for long term use. I’m sad I can’t use it anymore, I have resorted to keeping the app on my phone on all night in order to view my child.

This is the 4th baby monitor we have purchased and the best by far!Simple set up, clear image (day or night), great WiFi capability (that’s easy to disconnect as well). I was worried about quality since the price was lower than other brands- but we have nothing but good things to say about this monitor.

Drops connection all the time
It’s a sturdy camera and lcd screen but the connection always drops between the two.Imagine, throughout the night, you get alerts waking you up but the alerts are system alerts notifying you that the Monitor has lost connection to the camera. Even with the camera right next door.It’s infuriating especially when you’re already sleeping terribly because of the baby.Even though this is cheap, I’d go another direction.

Up and running.
Had a malfunction almost a year later. They are the first people in a while that didnt put me through the ringer. Got it fixed quickly and the wife appreciates it. So 5 stars for customer service. Great range. Battery life works for dad’s. Might be low for mom’s but otherwise great!
