I got this for a canvas cat cube my cat lays on. It has a thin memory foam topper, but it’s white fleece and you can’t remove and wash it so it gets dirty looking fast.QUALITY – to me, this is the thickness of most baby blankets I have seen. It definitely isn’t thick, but for a lightweight blanket over baby, should be fine. For my purposes, perfect.SMELL – Didn’t notice any smell, but I am washing (will update if it doesn’t wash well) now and will dry on low.SIZE – Again, for my purposes, perfect. Sometimes I read a review where someone will say too small, too big. I look at measurements, and get my measuring tape out to see if it is what I want. HARD to tell by pix.COLOR – I chose black because I have a Tortoiseshell cat and because I have black accents throughout. It looks classy and you can’t see her hair or dirt easily (I will wash it often, but light colored blankets, well, show everything)WARMTH/THICKNESS – Again, for my purpose to cover not just her memory foam pad, but also the sides of her cube, PERFECT. If it were really cold, this wouldn’t be enough to keep a baby warm, but for a lightweight baby blanket, should do well.SOFTNESS – The black blanket I got is INCREDIBLY soft, seems well made. WILL UPDATE if anything changes.BOTTOMLINE: For the money and quality, very happy and would buy again.

Super soft. I bought two of these for my dogs. They are so so so super soft and I like the Satin trim. Very nice for a baby shower gift. Came in a very nice quality box and the blanket was wrapped in a pretty satin bow. It is the size that would fit in a crib. I highly recommend buying this blanket. Great to give as a gift as well.

I Love This!
It’s so soft! And seems like it will be just the right size for baby. It feels sort of thin but I think it will still be pretty warm, probably great for indoor use or a cool autumn day that isn’t too hot or cold but would be chilly for a baby. It’s a beautiful purple, true to the color in the images. I can’t wait to see my baby girl in it!

Didn’t like it at first but it’s a good blankie.
At first I was disappoint when the blanket wasn’t what I thought it was. My second son had a fur blanket with silk on one side that was BEAUTIFUL and I thought this was it but when I got it, its just a thin fur fleece blanket with silk edges. Was bummed but then I realized it’s still really cute for such a cheap price and since I will be having my son in July, it doesn’t need to be extremely thick. So this blanket is great for the $10. I only hope it’s durable in the wash.

Don’t buy! Not plush and very poor quality. Be careful who the seller is for this blanket too. You could buy a regular size blanket for same price and way better quality. I’ve bought my first kids plush fuzzy blankets with satin trim and they were gorgeous this one is garbage in comparison, Not plush at all, see through, the sewing is horrendous on the satin trim and the satin trim is fraying and this is new from the package.
