Did not come with cartridge
This only came with the scent bags and not the cartridge. The box doesn’t even look big enough to have a cartridge be included, so maybe the description of this product is inaccurate

Decent scent but doesn’t stop the odors
The initial smell of the lemon refills is actually quite pleasant and refreshing right out of the box. Installing the cartridge into the diaper pail was simple enough and it fits the housing just like the original brand version did. It is nice that it comes with a few extra refills so you don’t have to worry about buying more for a little while.However the actual performance is pretty disappointing when it comes to the primary job of a diaper pail. While the cartridge itself smells good it does not really help with the heavy smells coming from inside the pail. Instead of neutralizing the odors it just feels like the lemon scent is sitting on top of the bad smells which makes for a pretty gross combination. If you are dealing with a full pail this really doesn’t stand a chance at keeping the nursery smelling fresh.The GoodThe lemon scented refills have a nice fragrance that isn’t too overpowering or chemical.The BadIt lacks the strength to actually absorb or block the tough odors from the diaper pail effectively.
