Squishiest impact absorbing mat I’ve seen
The size is smallish, and well advertized at 24″ X 71″, however the quality and padding is there, and at the price point I know it’s a winner. It absorbs pressure and rebounds swiftly. It has a matt texture that is a bit grippy, which I prefer. I’ve paid a lot more for mats that didn’t have this shock absorbing performance. I’m excited to own it.

The first time I bought a Yoga mat, I plucked it out of the bin from either Ross or TJ Maxx. Then, I decided it wasn’t for me and I sold the mat. So, I wouldn’t know how to pick a good mat if I fell over it. I came here and purchased this one from the reviews. Again, I’m not a die-hard Yoga-er? Yogi? So I’m probably not giving it the “workout” it needs, but here’s a few things I noticed. When I unrolled it, it was nice and tight from it’s position. I had to lay it out, then lay on it to get it flat and ready to use. My dog was amused by this, but I’m not sure it counts as a position.It does dent. I’ve seen where others tear, but so far, mine hasn’t yet. But dents? Yes. I can see this as more of a “when” rather than “if.” The foam is soft– it’s bound to happen at some point.No noise noted. No squeaking or shifting, or “fart” noises. You can go about your routine in peace.I did notice a smell on my hands after. At first, I wasn’t sure what it was, but it was latex-esque or plastic like. I didn’t notice this during, but I did smell it after.To me, it’s squishy and comfortable. Like I said , I briefly used it as a make-shift cot prior to it’s official use, and I thought it was fine. Didn’t move, and for what it is, I thought it was pretty thick.I Love the strap, I love the color, it’ll do for now. Until it falls apart, I’m happy with it.

My GO-TO at Home Yoga Mat
When it comes to yoga mats for at-home use, I always favor this one! The colors are bright and vibrant (I’ve ordered the blue and purple options in the past). I say “at-home use” because the mat is somewhat larger, so I wouldn’t recommend it for travel or taking to classes (I use a JADE yoga mat for in-person classes). When they say “extra thick high density,” they aren’t joking. That extra padding makes it very comfortable regardless of the floor type! Soft and squishy, it offers less impact on your joints than thinner mats.The mat lasts a very long time and is easy to wipe clean. Its extra thickness has helped it withstand some dog-claw punctures when my dog gets the zoomies and zips right over it. Yes, this mat will sustain small punctures, but don’t worry, they don’t go all the way through to the other side, making a hole. The strap it comes with is a big plus, helping keep it compact for storage. The elastic loops on the strap are extra wide, designed specifically for this thicker mat. The elastic is high quality and doesn’t wear out with use!

This is a great quality, thick and pretty colored yoga mat! It’s easy to roll up and put away and of course, just as easy to sanitize than the yoga mats with the little dips and crevices in their designs.

The tear-iest anti-tear mat
The good: It’s super thick and squishy. So it has that nice bouncy feeling when you’re using it. The strap is easy to secure on the mat as well once it’s rolled up. The color is also super cute.The bad: it’s not Anti-Tear. It says in the name that it is, but the second I got it it tore. Only a little bit but still. For how cheap it is, I don’t mind, but keep that in mind if you’re buying this.

This is a brilliant mat. Thick enough to stop any pain on the back when lying down, but stable enough to stand on and do exercises such as burpees and push ups and balancing exercises. It’s just pretty big if you want to transport it anywhere but that is what you get for added comfort! The carry strap is really handy too!

The product arrived with permanent imprinting on it from the belt that holds it together. I was willing to ignore that but, after a week of use, the yoga mat was mottled and torn! I never used shoes or any hard objects on the mat. I returned this product.
