Very effective
Works great. Used for hip. 6ft 187lbs 35” waist. Attached securely. There was enough length as well as some stretch. Perfect under clothing. However, I think I was near its limit. The actual heating area was large enough. My only caveat is that it did not breathe well and though the material was somewhat absorbent, the heating area got sweaty and after a while itchy. Zero odor. Very much the ultimately portable heating pad. I imagine it would be super for the back.

Have used these for years for lower back discomfort due to a car accident over a decade ago. Keeps my back relaxed and supple. The heat lasts well over 8 hours. There are times I’ve kept one on for a full 24 hours.

Heats up like a hand warmer, better for pain than lidocaine or menthol.
It magically heats up to ease muscle pain. Works way better than lidocaine or menthol patches or nsaids. A few treatments with this improved my back pain greatly. It doesn’t have glue/tape instead a built in large Velcro strap but it doesn’t come large enough for me so had to find ways to extend it. Keep aloe vera gel handy in case you get carried away and use it too long.

Good product but crap packaging
The heat wraps work great but I’d say 12-ish hours tops for how long they last. Also, nothing to do with the wraps themselves but the getting what you pay for part of the product. This product shows the box showing 10 wraps. I open the paper packaging from Amazon and see this (see picture)… 10 wraps, packed inside one square of seran wrap. The heat wraps are *AIR* activated. Why tf do you ship them in a single square of seran wrap… NO box? STOP screwing customers!

Effective back pain relief.
Effective, comfortable, lasts until bedtime. I have used this product for several years when I strain my back. The heat is moderate but effective in relieving the tightness which often causes further pain. It does not take up space like a true brace/support would and does not limit movement. It’s made of a light but strong elastic material with Velcro-like attachment. It is unnoticeable while wearing. More heat is felt while sitting, but not to an uncomfortable extent. It is only a one-day use product and can be tossed in the trash once cool.

Easily portable heat pack for back pain
This was recommended by my PT. Haven’t tried it yet but I will be using it for travel so I like that it is light weight and easily packable in my hand luggage. This provides a way to relieve back pain without NSAID medications that could have side effects.Adding an update- the heat pack kept me pain free for a 6 hour plane journey and the warmth on my back was great. It worked well over a thin t shirt and saved any worry over too much heat directly on the skin. It retained the heat for 8 hours.
