Pumping breastmilk for my second child. This is needed to soothe after pumping. I squeeze a dime size amount onto my nipple pads before putting my bra back on. Soothes them and then the left over on my nipples lubricates the flanges while pumping helping the whole process.
I wish they sold this in big tubes. I have gone through 10 tubes in four months.
