Very glad I invested in this product!
I had some very inflamed and sore nipples from a lot of pumping with the wrong settings and flanges, and these pads healed me up soo quickly, while continuing to pump 8+ times a day! Within 24 hours I noticed a huge difference and within 2 days I was 100% back to normal. They are very soothing and the cooling effect is great (highly recommend storing in the fridge). I really love that you can reuse them for 24 hours too. I was worried about the cost when I have to remove them so often to pump, but you just put them in some tin foil, pop them in the fridge and they go back on providing the same relief as fresh out of the package all day. They stay very sticky for me all day too (though I am not someone that has a lot of leakage between pump sessions) but they’re not so sticky that it’s uncomfortable to remove them from sensitive nipples. And I don’t even notice that I have them on…very comfortable to wear.

Really nice to use for when nipples are cracked or very painful. I put them in the fridge for a nice cooling relief. They are not as sticky as medela brand but will work if you’re also wearing a bra.

I found the Momcozy hydrogel nipple nursing pads really helpful during the early weeks of breastfeeding. After feeds, when my nipples felt sore and slightly inflamed, placing one of these pads on provided immediate cooling and soothing relief.They feel gentle on the skin and stay in place comfortably inside a bra. I especially appreciated how they helped reduce swelling and tenderness after longer feeding sessions. The cooling effect isn’t overwhelming — just enough to calm irritation and make things more comfortable.Overall, these have been a useful addition to my postpartum essentials and something I reach for whenever I need quick relief.

These things are amazing. They felt so good on a cracked nipple and helped it heal. They also helped the nipple not rub on my clothing. The adhesive was good too. Was able to take on and off a few times to pump.

Worked great, but hurts to take off compared to other brands
Overall these worked well to help reduce pain and help cool the nips off, especially when the little one was cluster feeding and the first weeks of learning to breast feeding and pump, HOWEVER I did not like how sticky they actually were. Upon placing them it didnt seem like it would be, but when taking them off, they would stick to the nipple and hurt compared to other brands.

These are a lifesaver for new breastfeeding moms. They soothe sore and irritated nipples and the bra side has a fabric backing to prevent the gel from drying out. Pro tip to put in the fridge before applying for additional relief.

Disappointed
These did nothing for me. The adhesive barely stuck. It was “cooling” for a split moment as I put them on. They didn’t provide any pain relief…actually, my nipples felt better before putting the pads on because the pads were pushing my nipples flat. I used with and without lanolin cream and they were clean prior to attaching.

A Mixed Bag of Cooling Comfort and Frustrating Quality
As a breastfeeding mom, finding relief from tenderness and engorgement is a constant quest, and I was hopeful that the Momcozy breast cooling gel pads would be a great solution. While they do offer a decent cooling sensation initially, I’ve found their overall quality and reusability to be quite disappointing.The cooling effect itself is pleasant and provides a welcome, soothing sensation, which is definitely a plus when you’re feeling uncomfortable. However, the real issues start to emerge almost immediately. The “reusable” claim simply doesn’t hold up, especially not between feeds. After just one use, even for a short period, the pads become incredibly sticky. This stickiness not only feels unpleasant against the skin but also attracts lint and debris, making them feel unsanitary and rendering them virtually unusable for a second application without a thorough, time-consuming wash. Even then, the adhesive quality seems to degrade quickly.Furthermore, the general quality of the pads feels somewhat flimsy. They don’t seem designed to withstand the rigors of frequent use or the gentle cleaning required to attempt reusability. Given the cost, I expected something more durable that could genuinely last for multiple uses as advertised.In summary, if you’re looking for a one-time, immediate cooling relief without any expectation of reuse or durability, these might offer a temporary fix. However, for continuous use throughout the day or even between a couple of feeds, the poor reusability due to excessive stickiness and the questionable overall quality make the Momcozy breast cooling gel pads a frustrating and less-than-ideal choice for long-term comfort. There are likely better, more robust reusable options on the market.
