    Decent, but Hard to Assemble
I really wanted to love this teepee, but getting it put together was a total drag. While it looks adorable once it’s finally up and the star lights are a nice touch, the actual assembly was way harder than I expected. It’s meant to be portable, but I’d hesitate to take it down because I don’t want to deal with the setup again. The fabric and mat are nice quality, but be prepared to spend some extra time and patience on the initial build. It’s a good sized fun play space, but the frustrating setup definitely takes away from the convenience.

Gorgeous but not a quick assembly
This tent is very beautiful and so aesthetic!! The color is an off white linen cotton and the material is thicker than expected, it’s very high quality fabric. The poles are a smooth natural wood style. The string at the top of the tent holding the poles together is also a natural fiber color. There is a slight smell from the fabric, I might try washing it. And the seams have lots of loose threading, especially at the window. The square pad padding that makes up the floor of it is substantial and perfect for on top of turf grass to avoid any poke throughs, and would work very well even on a very pokey/thick blade grass like a St Augustine grass. (If you plan to use it outside, that is. Inside the house the padding will just be nice on top of any flooring, and extra cushiony on carpet or a rug.) The install took me quite a while, which was disappointing. It also became quite clear that this tent isn’t a pop up and down in one day kind of play tent. Since it took me a solid 25 minutes to put together (figuring out the “stabilizer” piece at the top was the most challenging for me!), I will only be using this for outside play where I can set it up and leave it for a few days or more before packing it up and putting it away. It does come with a nice bag to store most of the tent in, though not all of it- the thick floor pad doesn’t fit in the bag, which was strange to me they would make it that way. I’ll likely store all of it together in another bag that accommodates all the parts. So after screw together the four joints on all four poles (time consuming for sure), and then sliding the poles through the tent canopy, it came time to tuck them into the slots on the pad and I was disappointed that the corner flaps don’t ‘hold’ the poles much at all- more so they just kind of sit slightly tucked into the folds. So then, when I was attempting to tie the tops of the poles together, and place the “stabilizer” piece, the bottoms of the poles would easily slide out of the slots and would narrow the whole tent. Quite a frustrating experience. Save yourself the trouble and stabilize the top then slide the pole bottoms into the corner slots, I think in general that will work better (which is opposite of the provided instructions). For the price, (currently @$60) this is a gorgeous tent and includes bonus features like star shaped fairy lights (requires two AA batteries, not included) and a cute felt triangle banner. It’s not play-friendly as the poles don’t securely fit into the base pad so even a slight bump from a kiddo will potentially capsize the whole thing. This tent might be best suited as a quiet mindful space for one or maybe two older toddlers, or one small kid, to sit and look at books or play at something non-rowdy lol. There’s not enough room inside for my tall three year old to lay down stretched out, only curled up like in a fetal position. The instructions could be better, with more details about stabilizing the top of the poles.

    Cute & Cats Love it@
I got this play tent for my cats, and they really like it.It was really easy to set up and the fabric’s nice and soft. They like to lay in it, and it provides a nice little privacy thing for them.I think it would also be good for kids as well. But my cat’s really enjoy it, and I like how sleek and cute.It looks in my room is how overly playful kiddish

Cute Design but Assembly and Safety Concerns
This kids’ play teepee looked really charming at first, and I was initially impressed with the quality of the materials. Unfortunately, assembly was frustrating. The instructions don’t clearly explain how to attach the tops of the rods, and once upright, the rods start to bow when you stretch them to the corners. I couldn’t get all four corners to stay in place on the mat, and the sides don’t connect securely to the mat either.Because of this, my kids keep crawling out from the sides, which makes the structure unstable. With the rods having some weight, there’s a potential risk of injury. While the design is cute, the stability and safety issues make it hard to recommend.

    Cute tent, questionable assembly
This tent is not bad, but it’s not great either. The wooden poles are really nice wood, the threads are done well and they attach very easily. But the instructions for getting the 4 poles to connect at the top are not clear at all. Once we finally did get them to stay, I did not feel that it was sturdy enough to let my toddler play in. The ages say 3+, but I would say that it would only be safe for maybe a non-rambunctious 5 year old and up because if you pull on the poles at all, it’s very easy to displace them from the mat, and it would fall apart. It’s really cute, the lights are decent, the canvas is a nice durable material. When I got it, the list price was around $65, and while I can see that being justifiable for the cost of the material quality, if you can’t assemble it to stay upright and be usable for kids, then it isn’t worth that price. It’s only big enough for one average sized child, which is fine, but it needs to be more sturdy to allow kids to use it.

    Perfect Play Space for Toddlers
The teepee is ideal for compact spaces due to its effortless assembly and rapid collapse when not in use. I appreciate the inclusion of a plush mat and twinkling star lights, as they create a mystical environment that is ideal for reading, playing, or unwinding. The material is washable, durable, and comfortable for my child to crawl and rest on. The tent has evolved into a cozy reading corner and imaginative play area, as my toddler derives pleasure from spending time inside. The room is enhanced by the vibrant colors and design, which also serves as a delightful decorative element.

    Kids Play Tent
Overall this is a very cute, solid tent. It really is decent quality. Thick materials and sturdy. The instructions that come with it are a joke. They are not clear and miss a step-the one where you do the string that holds all of the poles together. It isn’t clear at ALL. You also have to make sure not to do them too tight, or the poles won’t stay in the mat. It adds a fun play area for our toddler, but I am a little unsatisfied with instructions and having to mess around with getting the tightness just right. As far as stability goes, it is stable once you play around with it.
