To be fair, these baby towels are as described: muslin fabric. However, I personally feel that’s not the best material choice for a towel. It isn’t exactly rough but it also isn’t soft, and is much thinner than I would expect a bath towel to be. It’s more absorbent than I may have guessed but definitely not as much as I would have hoped. If your little one has much hair, these will get damp quickly and probably won’t provide much post-bath warmth.This set comes with two hooded towels and two matching washcloths. The animal characters on the towel hoods are very cute and are accented with 3-D elements. I do feel that the “purple” color of the elephant is not as vibrant or as warm as pictured: it’s really more of a pinkish gray.This isn’t a bad price for what you get, as long as you know (and are OK with) what you’re getting. I personally probably would not choose muslin towels again.
