Better than I thought
My 2 1/2 year old granddaughter had fun putting the puzzle together with the picture in. Later when she gets better the challenge will be to put it together with the picture out and then hidden as she gets older.

Longer lasting wooden puzzles are great for toddlers
These Zeoddler wooden jigsaw puzzles are perfect for our little toddler. It is made from natural wood and are printed with well animal puzzle designs. There are 4 different animal puzzles. These allow for observing, thinking, coordination and fine motor skills to match each piece into it’s proper place. They also come in sturdy wooden storage trays which are made of high-quality, durable materials that holds all 20 not too small pieces for little fingers.We like this durable puzzle material which is made of child-safe and eco-friendly 100% natural wood. The edges of this puzzle set are sanded smooth so the pieces won’t hurt our little one’s fingers or other body parts (mouth sometimes). The colorful animal designs are pretty and exciting. These puzzles are a nice complement to the many animal books we have for bedtime stories and the puzzle pieces help reinforce leaning about the animals (our little one likes to speak the animal names, sounds and sometimes their colors).Looking forward to many years of use as ours or as a hand-me-down to other friends babies. Great value and very affordable puzzles.

I ordered this set of wood puzzles for my granddaughter who is approaching 3 years old. She enjoys puzzles and these are well matched with her current developmental level. At the finished size of 5 inches x 7 ¾ inches, with a ½ inch wood frame, they are good to work on at home and can also easily travel with you. The individual puzzle pieces are roughly 1 ¼ inch by 1 ½ inch. They fit together well and do not bend since they are made of wood. The attached photo shows the amount of space left for the six inside pieces once the perimeter pieces are placed. There is a paper representation of the completed puzzle included for each puzzle which obviously helps with placing the pieces. The illustrations are cute and fun with nice colors. Since there are 4 different, but similar, puzzles in this set, and the pieces could eventually end up mingled, I wrote a number code (1, 2, 3, or 4) on the back of each piece so that they could be quickly sorted again. I think this set of puzzles would work well for most kids at their early learning stages and I have also been having fun completing them with my granddaughter. I can recommend them for their quality, their cheerful appearance, and their portability. For all of that, I think they are a very good value and would also make a nice gift.
