App no longer works after a year
I am sorry to give this review so late. I bought this camera almost a year ago when my baby was almost 2 months old. Hey I am not gonna lie that camera quality and app worked good. The stand for the crib stopped working but we had a workaround. We really like the waves noise although it turned off every hour. Now I think as of today I had this almost a year. Now I can’t connect to the app it always says timeout. I emailed them directly and no response. Sorry but if you provide a good product keep maintaining it. The app is useless now we are about to throw this away what a shame

App let’s the hardware down.
The setup itself wasn’t difficult, and the camera quality is decent. The breathing tracker is a nice reference feature—not something I’d rely on, but it’s a cool add-on.The problem is the app.You can’t just open it and get into the camera. It constantly makes you re-enter your password, and even worse, the app is glitchy and doesn’t always accept it. That alone makes it frustrating to use day-to-day.When you’re trying to quickly check on your child, the last thing you want is to be stuck dealing with login issues and app bugs. It completely defeats the purpose of having a convenient monitor.Overall, the hardware seems fine, but the app experience makes this not worth the price. I’d spend the money on something more reliable.

Cannot create an account to use monitor
DO NOT BUY!!! Item cannot be used! I downloaded the app and it will not send me a verification code to my email to be able to create an account. I tried several different emails and checked my spam nothing. No one to contact about issue either. Every time I would try to email company about issues email comes back as not deliverable.

Good baby monitor
Works very well out of the box. Simple to put together and set up via the app. I like the fact that it has preinstalled lullabies. One thing about that is even on the lowest volume setting it’s still a bit loud. Should be able to adjust more for those extra sensitive to sound babies.The 32gb storage should be enough if you’re just taking snapshots and short videos. However, for a 150+ dollar product, you’d think they would give you an option to put in a micro SD card. It’s great that there’s no fees or subscriptions for their cloud but now they have all your child’s photos and videos at their disposal to use at any time. This totally puts me off on this product.
