Great bare bones car seat
We purchased this mainly because it was a lightweight option for travel. It’s easy to install and switch between cars if needed, but we liked it enough that we purchased a second one (hey, it’s also an affordable seat!). This seat survived one vomit incident and was easy to remove and clean the cover. Once the cover is off there is just the plastic base to clean (no foam or other padding). This is what sold us on getting a second one! In the end we passed up getting a more expensive car seat as our “main” seat because we liked the simplicity of this one. All car seats must pass minimum safety standards, and this passes and exceeds those. We felt the safety standards on modern cars is what helps us feel safe driving with our daughter so the added guarantees of car seats are probably overkill.This is a basic, no frills seat. Some people might not like taking the seat out of the car to adjust the straps, but for us it’s not a big deal. Again, this is a lightweight seat that is simple to install. Taking it out to adjust the straps is pretty easy. The buckle mechanism isn’t as smooth as we’d like, and it doesn’t come with shoulder pads on the straps, or any extra cushioning. We transitioned to this one out of an infant carrier, so those using this seat from the get-go might need to purchase the infant inserts/pillows to ensure baby doesn’t flop around.

Perfect car seat for a back up option or traveling. We used two of these on a recent trip for a 4 year old and 2 year old, both are petite and not nearly ready for a booster seat but we were driving a 4 door Jeep, 5 seater and I had to have room to sit between the carseats for a couple days of the trip. So I researched a lot to find something light weight, narrow, safe & easy for travel…. The price isn’t bad either considering what you’d pay to rent a disgusting used carseat (trust me it’s gross, don’t do it) that you have no idea if it will actually install well, etc… I almost wish I’d chosen these for our every day car seat… they get the job done at a value and they’re just so easy to lift, install, etc.

This is a good, affordable car seat.
We like this car seat. It is smaller and lighter than our Grayco. ( It’s really light!) As easy or a little easier to install. Not exceptional in the leg room department, but our daughter is tall for her age and so is her daddy, and we can’t accommodate both something with greater leg room and her dad in this small car. It’s worth it to keep her safe and she doesn’t seem to mind. This is the second one of this type we bought because we got a second car. The first one we gave to my husband’s parents so they could drive our (now 17 Mo old) around. The only complaint I heard from them is she doesn’t have enough leg room and they want her to be front facing. The one thing I don’t like is the cup holder. It clips on under the seat cover, and then you can’t put the cover back because the cup holder is in the way… It is optional though, our other one didn’t even come with one, and I would still buy this car seat either way, because the price is right and it’s just what we needed. If you have a very tall child and a car with enough space, you might want to look into something with more leg room, but honestly I don’t think it bothers our child.

Safety, quality
5 star quality! Extremely light weight! Have had for over a year now and the material is still holding up with atleast 10 washes in my machine and tons of spot cleaning with dish soap or baby wipes. My daughter is definitely safe in this seat and it is extremely comfortable for her! Would order an additional for my mother’s car if it was available. I read reviews before I purchased a seat as I was looking for certain specs…the safest, most durable quality, but also light weight for traveling on an airplane and had to be comfortable to accomodate my daughter for car naps and a bonus…a detachable cup holder! The cup holder did break, and I cant…I find where I can purchase this separately, but other then that minor concern of mine, this is the best deal and safest deal around!

I’m expecting my third child and wanted to save some money and buy as little as I have to this time around so it made since to get this convertible car seat instead of buying an infant seat and turning around and buying this one a few months later. I haven’t gotten a chance to use it yet, although I guess I could try to use my son in it for a little while but I don’t want to mess it up before the new baby uses it. It’s super cute, the pink is brighter than in the picture. It’s very light weight, I was able to carry it in one hand and my 2 year old in the other. The head pad for it velcros into place and adjusts for the height of the child easily. It seems really comfortable, but since I’ll be using it for an infant I also bought a snuzzler infant support thing to put In the car seat for added support just in case. I wish I would have known about this car seat when I had my other children, it’s much nicer than my sons & a little cheaper. The one thing I’m not a big fan of was the cup holder. It seems flimsy, it folds into a small square and unfolds to have it clip onto the side of the car seat and it has a flat bottom but the main part that holds the cup in place is a thin plastic ring. I’ve never had much luck with the cup holders ever staying on these kinds of car seats and like I said, I’m using it for an infant so the cup holder isn’t a problem for me right now. The car seat seems a little wide but it fits snugly in the back seat between a toddler seat and a booster seat. Overall I’m very pleased with this seat and I’m really thinking about getting rid of my sons big bulky seat and buying one of these for him as well.

1) This one is not fitting on Ford Ecosport Titanium (2019) Model.2) There is no installation guide attached in the package.3) Type this product name on Youtube and you will find a detailed video. check the video and confirm if you have all the connecting points before buying this product.

Es una muy buena silla basica. Por lo que me decidí a comprarla es por que es de las pocas sillas que por su precio si traen cinturon vetical y horizontal para sistemas isofix del auto. Muy recomendable.

Carseat is a LATCH installation but also has the seat belt installation as well. Needed help with the strap to get it into an Audi because I wasn’t strong enough but otherwise good. It’s sturdy and my kid is comfortable. Will need an extra belt lock device in older cars who do not have it.
