Not working after less than 10 uses
We were happy enough with this product for a couple of weeks. When it’s working the audio quality is not good and sometimes hard to hear baby over the feedback. Impossible to hear baby when the sound machine is on unless scream crying. But we wanted low emf so we kept using. We used it less than a few times a week, less than ten times total, and the remote unit has stopped receiving the signal consistently, even in close proximity. Very disappointed. Waiting to see if seller will offer us a refund for this very expensive product.

LOVE this baby monitor. It’s audio only, NO VIDEO! Exactly what I wanted for my baby. Low EMF, and makes it feels very safe to be around my baby while he’s sleeping. The sound is extremely sensitive, which makes it feel very safe and when there’s a louder noise (baby talking/making noise) the monitor shakes and alerts you. The best audio only baby monitor ever. HIGHLY recommend. This baby monitor gives me peace of mind.

Love this monitor. It works throughout our whole house ( 3000 sq ft) and the low EMF makes me feel better about using it every day. It was easy to turn on and link and we haven’t had any issues. I would highly recommend for your peace of mind and safety of baby.

I live on 20 acres and need a monitor that could allow me to work outside while my twins slept. This is simple monitor –easy to clip on my belt and go about my chores. Highly recommended!

Cheap quality and not rechargeable baby unit
We purchased this thinking it would be a high quality device. It is not. Very poor quality build and the baby unit uses disposable batteries. They require a screwdriver to access.It is very unintuitive and when ordered we got a scammy email from the company trying to get us to use some kind of insider program.Overall I would definitely not recommend this device or company based on our interactions. Waste of $200 and a very bad customer support experience.

It was advertised as offering free returns. But I was hit with a 100% restocking fee and only received what I paid in taxes. Buyer beware of this bad ethics from this company
